"Wait so she really just canceled in you for Cesar drama?" Monse said while she was looking through shirts in her closet. I know Monse didn't like Vero that much but she was still cool about it. "Yeah it was pretty messed up." I said dramatically. Monse laughed and said "What a bitch."

"It's whatever how have you been doing?" I changed the topic to her because I knew she was uncomfortable talking about Vero. "I've been good I guess." I could hear she was genuine so I didn't ask much more. Monse pulled out the outfit she planned on wearing later tonight when we go to the block party that the santos are having at Cesar's house. I laid on Monses bed listening to her talk about her problems but kinda zoned out at the same time. I was getting kinda nervous seeing Cesar. We kissed earlier but would he try to do more?

Later that day

It was 7:00 and me and Monse decided to get ready, I ended up letting Monse do my make up after a while of her asking and she was also gonna do my hair. After what felt like hours later she was done with my makeup and hair. "You look so good." She said all excited. " thank you, we both know I can't do my hair if my life depended on it. I said and we started laughing. I felt my phone buzz twice. I picked it up and saw a text from Sapo and Cesar.
