the bar was again pretty full, the usual group sitting at a table getting their drinks as they talked between themselves. aeri and nishinoya were in the middle of a petty argument as they were both making digs and rolling their eyes at each other.
it was the usual group, minus hinata and kageyama who were both busy doing other things. they were just waiting for akaashi and bokuto currently. everyone else was already sat at their table drinking, tendou and ushijima already finished their first drinks and already onto their second round. which already worried aeri given ushijima's horrible tolerance.
but soon enough akaashi walked in with bokuto, the group greeting them, but their smiles dropped seeing the other people with them. aeri's eyes widened, looking away instantly and having a drink. saeko choked on her drink, eyeing him up.
"why did you bring him?" kiyoko asked rolling her eyes at suna.
beside suna, osamu and atsumu, but also hani who had her hand wrapped around his arm. hani looked to the group, seeing aeri and she instantly looked to suna with a shocked gaze.
"what? you guys still fighting?" bokuto asked aeri, taking the seat the left free beside her, looking betweenil them both.
"ye," aeri just said shortly turning to daichi beside her who in turn faced her.
semi scoffed loudly, standing up from the table and muttered something under his breath, walking towards the bar, as reon followed behind him.
the awkwardness grew, obviously bokuto and akaashi had thought the two had sorted things between them given she and semi were speaking again. but they were very wrong, looking towards each other with wide eyes, but osamu and atsumu took seats. leaving suna and hani still stood up debating whether or not to sit.
but instead, suna took a seat, taking hani by the hips and sitting the girl on his lap. saeko scoffed loudly and rolled her eyes.
"this is so awkward, i thought we were coming to get drunk," daichi said quietly to aeri and sugawara beside him.
"lets move over there," sugawara whispered over daichi to her.
aeri didn't even glance towards suna.
"can we?" she asked standing up.
daichi and sugawara followed, three of them standing from the table and walking elsewhere. tanaka sighed loudly, grabbing kiyoko and following them. kiyoko opened her mouth to say something, tanaka quickly putting his hand over it to stop her. nishinoya and saeko were the last the leave, the two of them staring at the group before leaving the table.
ushijima and tendou both nodded, before standing up, following semi and reon who were already at the bar to let them know they were moving.
"oh come on, we didn't want to start an argument," akaashi said to them.
