As soon as he opened the door, he saw Tejasswi standing there. Just one look at her and Karan knew something was extremely wrong. He walked towards her and touched her shoulders.

Tejasswi felt his touch and could not control her body anymore. She fell in his arms. Karan was shit scared now. She was drenched in water, must have walked in the rain, he thought. But she did not utter a single word. Karan panicked, picked her up, and took her to the living room.

He made her sit on the couch and was about to bring some black coffee and a towel for her when she held his hand and made him sit beside her. Tejasswi hugged him, as tightly as she could. He hugged her back, kissed the top of her head, and asked -

"Laddoo, tu mujhe dara rahi hai. Bata na kya hua mera bachcha?"

"Teju, baby, tu bheegi hui kyun hai? Walk karke aayi hai kya?"

"Kuch bol na please."

Tejasswi broke the hug, opened her bag, and took out a small box from inside. She gave it to Karan. Karan took the box and was confused. For him, it was more important to know if she was okay and not what was inside a stupid box. But Tejasswi did not utter a word. So he looked at her, then looked at the box, looked at her again, and then opened it.

"Pen drive? Isme kya hai Laddoo?"

"Laddoo, please bata na. Isme kya hai?"

His questions went in vain. He got up, went to his room, and brought his laptop to check what was in the pen drive. Karan saw a video file in the pen drive, named Tejasswi Prakash. He looked at her, her face was expressionless. She was not even looking at him. Not wanting to waste another second, he pressed play. The screen was blank but he could hear someone talk in the background -

There is someone special for everyone. They come from a different generation. They travel across oceans of time and depths of heavenly dimensions to be with you again. They come from the other side, from heaven. They look different but your heart knows them. Your head may interfere by saying"I do not know you." But, your heart knows!

She/He may not recognize you, even though you have finally met again, even though you know him/her. You can feel the bond. You can see the potential, the future. But she/he does not. Her/His fears, intellect, and problems keep a veil over her/his heart's eyes. She/He does not let you help her/him sweep the veil aside. You mourn and grieve, and she/he moves on. Destiny can be so delicate.

When both recognize each other, no volcano could erupt with more passion.

Soul recognition may be immediate. A sudden feeling of familiarity, of knowing this new person at depths far beyond what the conscious mind could know. At depths usually reserved for the most intimate family members. Or even deeper than that. Intuitively knowing what to say, how they will react. A feeling of safety and trust is far greater.

Soul recognition could be subtle and slow. A dawning of awareness as the veil is gently lifted. Not everyone is ready to see right away. You may be awakened to the presence of your soul companion by a look, a dream, a memory, or a feeling. You may be awakened by the touch of his hands or the kiss of her lips, and your soul is jolted back to life.
