Part 4 - First (weird) date!

It was nine o'clock in the morning. I gathered my things and got ready to go to the same address Maita gave me. I knocked on the door and a woman who was older than me opened the door for me.
she smiled and waited for me to speak. I quickly said: Hello, I am Mayta's friend.
- Oh, so you are Maita's date...
Come inside, wait for Maita, she is getting ready.
+Yes, Sure.
I went in and sat on the sofa. Her mother was kind, suddenly Maita's voice came and said:
Mom, you didn't put my underwear in the washing machine again!! And she came down the stairs and suddenly saw me! Oops, it was bad that... I gave her a mischievous smile and she said:oh my God max since when are you here? +I just came, there was a little pause between us, I still had a smile on my face, her cheeks were red and she didn't know what to say, I broke the silence and said +it's getting late.
And without saying anything, she went back to her room. She is also attractive and funny. After she got ready and brought a backpack with her, I said goodbye to Maita's mother and then we went to the bus station and from there we went to the university.
After a few kilometers, we got off and to my surprise, I saw that the number of the research group had halved and there were only two people there, as if they were new arrivals!
A girl and a boy. I asked what is going on. And regretfully saying: Today's camp is canceled! I said what!? The girl turned to us and said of course we are waiting for the teacher
Maybe give us permission to go alone! Maita came to me and said what happened? I explained everything to her and she said it's okay, I'll accompany you until the end. I think she understood how upset I was, but at the same time I didn't want her to be upset.
The teacher came and said: Oh, your numbers have increased. how are you max? +Thank you teacher, I'm fine.
-And who is this young lady?
+she's my friend actually, she wanted to come with us, teacher, is the camp canceled today?
-Unfortunately, I have to say yes, we all sighed
- But since I don't have classes, we can go to the camp with my car instead of the university bus! How about that?
We were all very happy, but I turned to Maita and asked her, "Are you sure you want to come?" And she was as happy as we were and said why not. we all got into the teacher's car and talked and laughed in the car.
I had never talked seriously with the previous groups, but this time both Maita and I had found new friends named Michael and Samantha.
