Energy Drinks....

Okay, I'm not at the peck of my fitness, but even I know to not eat lots of McDonalds and bags of wotzits. But to be fair, drinking energy drinks aren't very healthy. Yes, you might already know that, but really, don't drink energy drinks if you're not doing any sports.


I think, you should only have energy drinks just before you're doing a sporting event or games lesson, during AND a full energy drink after the event or lesson.


That doesn't sound like cutting down, but still. And just think, save all the energy drinks for when you [May] be up the night revising for GCSE's. I don't like Coffee or energy drinks sooooooooo.... My life's over.
