A month has passed since Y/N L/N CPU indigo heart has made the announcement for the tournament that Cyberstation will be hosting and many individuals are now flocking to Cyberstation to attend
Within Cyberstation anyone who is participating in the tournament is heading to the newly built arena which was built for the tournament
Two announcers are at ring side commenting on what is going on
Shadow:Good morning ladies and gentlemen I'm shadow
Neptunia:And I'm Neptunia
Shadow:and today we will be your ring side announcers for this year's Tournament of Power hosted by Cyberstation's very own CPU God Y/N L/N
Neptunia:We got some fierce competition this year Shadow
Shadow:Indeed we do Neptunia many hunters citizens even those who live within Cyberstation are arriving to test their mettle against anyone but more importantly the goddesses themselves
Neptunia:Don't forget Shadow the Candidates will also be participating in this tournament the gold third too
Shadow:Ah yes the quite but yet deadly gold third rumor has it that the gold third was able to beat the four goddesses but that's just a rumor
Shadow:It's not but I added it for dramatic flair
Neptunia:Look here arriving now is the goddess of the snowy tundra Blanc herself with her sisters the twins Rom and Ram
Shadow:Not only her but the tomboy but laid back CPU Uzume tenboshi is also here participating as well
Neptunia:We can't forget the sweet but sadistic goddess Plutia as the lady herself has just arrived with the goddess Purple heart also known as Neptune and her sister Nepgear
Shadow:Ah and it would seem that the arch angel of heaven has arrived as well and with her is Irina Shindou a fellow angel of heaven
Soon Rias and the devil's of Gamindustri enter area
Neptunia:And here comes the devil's of Gamindustri now with Rias Gremory and Sona sitiri in the front of the devil with Sona's Sister Serafall right beside Sona

Y/N: Greetings Everyone and Welcome to This Years Tournament of Power Hosted by yours truly!
The stadium erupts with cheers
Y/N:Now before the tournament begins I will be explaining the rules of the tournament so be sure to listen carefully!
Voice:Wait a minute!
Turning his head to the sound of the voice Y/N sees Sirzechs along with Riser and Phi
Y/N:Sirzechs what are you doing here especially with riser and his father?
Sirzechs:Lord Indigo these two have thought it over on what they did in the past and wish to make amends
Y/N:is this true riser?
Riser:it is yes both my father and I want to make amends with everyone.
Y/N:Very well but you must prove your actions by participating in the tournament that I am hosting only then will I along with everyone else that knows you both accept that you both are truly wanting to making amends
Phi:We understand your grace
Y/N:Good now stand with the others so that I can announce the rules
The two nod as Sirzechs disappears from the stadium
