lorraine came down the stairs, with judy on her hip wearing the cute little outfit she picked out for her.
she was wearing a baby blue lace dress with sandals, and her long dark hair pined back.
ed sat at the kitchen bench, waiting for her. when she came around the corner, he asked, " is that new?"
"yes, but only because someone has grown out of all their other cloths" she said, smiling softly.
"well it looks very cute" he replied, lifting judy out of lorraines arms.
he rested her on his hip, before tickling her nose with his and kissing her forehead. judy let out a giggle that filled her parents with pure joy.
ed took judys small her in his, gently tickling her palm. lorraine rested her head on eds shoulder, before asking, "do you like it?"
"her dress? yes its adorable, you did a good job hon" he said, smiling softly.
