1: he seem's to have the ability to drain one's life force and water, which turns them into a Shriveled corpse, this ability also works on object's like a buildings which just make them crumble
2: he also is able to spawn a weird skeleton which has a sword on him at all time
Backstory: Tomara doesn't know when he was born, from what we could gather he just started to exist, he had one human friend named ███ ██████ after an incident his hatred for humans grew, one day when he was strolling he was cornered by the devil hunters and brought back to their HQ
