Eventful life

Prologue..

The house was silent... Blood was everywhere.. I had no clue as to what happened while I was gone..

The streets of Sumeru that were once crowded with people were now empty and quiet..

It all felt fake.. Like it had to be a dream.. But it wasn't. The sinister laugh of that person rang through my ears..

I tried to cry fo help.. But it was no use. Next thing I knew.. Everything went black. I never knew what happened next..

Days before the Sabzeruz Festival..

"Thank you for helping out with the decorations today Y/N!" Nilou said as she placed down a crate of props. "No worries, helping you with decorations for the Sabzeruz Festival is nice and helps me lay off extra stress."

The streets were busy as always, I've noticed that today, the streets were extra full. More people decided to join in on the fun for the festival.

The celebration of Lesser Lord Kusanali's birthday was exciting for me, not only was the festival fun, but I indeed looked forward to praying at the shrine and wishing Kusanali a splendid birthday.

"Whew.. That's all of them!" Nilou broke my zoned out state as she walked over to hand me some snacks. "Thank you again Y/N, without you the festival would've never been finished fully." She added.

"No worries, I'm going on a walk, see you at the festival!" I said before taking my leave.

As I walked to a shrine, I noticed a few people looking a bit.. off.. There has been warnings spread about of there being two Fatui Harbingers near by. I simply shrugged it off before continuing on.

After I made it to the shrine and prayed to the God, I wished her a spectacular birthday before leaving.

At Dottore's Lab.

"This experiment is getting nowhere!" He said angrily while swiping the papers off his desk.

Dottore had something big planned but it wasn't going as planned a hundred percent..

The idea soon hit him as he picked up the Akasha Terminal he received from one of his clones.

As a mad scientist, he figured he would make the terminals bugged where a brainwash system would be activated.

He just knew it was a great idea.. After all, he didn't travel all the way from Shneznaya to Sumeru for nothing..
