Athena watched the celebrations going on in the Jackson-Blowfis residence from up on Olympus alone. The other gods were spending the day with their mothers or with their children. Athena never felt the need to join them as she didn't have a mother, she popped right out of her fathers head. Athena and Aphrodite used to spend the day together back before Aphrodite had godly children but now she spent the day with her family and her old friend was all but forgotten.
Athena went to the throne room, where she knew no one would be, and saw an envelope sitting in front of her throne. Inside the envelope was a card, it simply stated in big gray letters 'Happy Mothers Day' and was signed by all of her children. Athena had never felt so loved.
