Ten

We followed John into an old ware house. He was on his knees crouched down, shield in hand. He stood up and walked towards us.

"Walker." Sam calmly called.

"You guys should see a medic, she don't look so good." He said waving us off.

"Stop, Walker." Sam said sternly.
He turned around pacing.

"What?.. You saw what happened. You know what I had to do. I killed him because I had to! He killed Lemar!" He raised his voice.

"John. He did not kill Lemar, John. Karli did." I said sternly.

"Don't go down that road. Believe me, it doesn't end well." Bucky insisted.

"I'm not like you." John hissed.

"Listen, it was the heat of the battle. Okay? If you explain what happened they may consider your record. We don't want anyone else to get hurt. John..." Sam said calmly. John stood there lost in thought.
"You gotta give me the shield, man." Sam persisted.

John looked up between the three of us.
"Oh, so that's what this is. You almost got me."

"You made a mistake." Sam comforted.

"You don't wanna do this." John said shaking his head.

"Yeah, we do." Buck said looking up.

Buck ran up to him, blocking a throw from the shield. While they fought him I climbed up one of the old crane pieces onto a platform near the ceiling. I watched him knock over Sam. I saw Buck and John gripped on the shield. I took it as my moment and jumped down from the platform landing on John. A landed on him sitting. I punched his face but he gripped my waist throwing me off of him. He got up about to hit me with the shield when Sam kicked him. He turned around paying attention to him. Sam opened his wings knocking John on the ground. He flipped up trying to hit Sam with the shield.  He turned around to block Bucky's hit. While Bucky occupied him I came from the side and swung my foot hitting him in the stomach. He stumbled back abit.  Sam tried to kick him but he hit him down with his shield. He blocked a few hits from Buck, as I helped Sam up.  He had John against a metal bar. John dodged a hit from Bucks metal arm. John kicked Sam down again.  He full threw the shield at Buck sending him into a front end loader. He landed forward holding the shield. John ran at him but I tackled him to the ground. He landed on top of me and tried punching my head. He dodged using my legs to fly him off into Buck who had the shield infront of him. They moved away from the machine. I flipped up from the ground looking back to see John having Bucky pressed against the machine. I helped Sam up before running to Buck. He threw Buck into a pillar and he landed on his arm.

I turned back to John. A new anger building up in me. I clenched my fists walking towards John. I upper cutted him. Then kicked his stomach sending him flying back. He hand dropped the shield. I picked it up seeing him on the ground. He got up and I quickly knocked him down with the shield. I held it and threw it to the side. I put a knee on his chest and pinned his wrists above his head. I pressed into his hearing a snap.

"Get- off!" He growled in pain. I grabbed his neck tilting my head. He slowly lost air. He struggled underneath me. Suddenly he ripped his hands out of my grip and threw me into a pillar. I looked at my hand, watching hot orange colour drain from my veins.

Sam flew and dragged John around. He gripped on a metal pole stopping Sam from flying.  Letting go they both fell to the ground. I lay there my vision mostly black and blurred

I watched John hold the shield above Sam ready to slam it down. Bucky pushed him off sending them both rolling. John stood up holding the shield. I tried getting up but I felt to weak as my arm had electric waves.
