Zeke's POV

I couldn't stand it anymore, I needed to see her. Ever since we got to Eden I missed her. Now I'm going after her.

The last anyone here has seen Alison was when she walked out of these very gates into the floods of Rapids. I waited till day to start walking so there wouldn't be any of them. I looked around to make sure no one was following me, and I ran in the same direction she was walking in two months ago. I was fast for my age but I knew it would take weeks to find her, but I knew exactly where she was going.

It has been a few hours now and I stopped by a near by spring to refill my flask. It's one of the few things I brought with a rucksack I stole filled with five cans of a type of fruit I never heard of, a blanket and a gun with ammo. It was getting dark but I needed to keep going if I wanted to reach her by the end of the week. I was already behind from all the breaks I've been having. On the way I needed to sneak back into Old Chicago to get supplies. If I don't get there in time I know I'll starve to death before I see her.
