Last full day

Again, I fell asleep 😐 I'm actually really sorry guys I don't intend to leave y'all hanging every day like I fall asleep writing these and it ain't good 😭
I'm staying home today from school 🥳 so I can do it now

(Y/n POV)

Today, as you may know it is the last day off summer camp, it's the last full day of summer camp in fact. Today for our last day we're doing an activity and the captains said it was a water activity so we would have to get in our bathers. When I went to the bathroom, I got dressed into my bathers and then put my everyday clothes on on top. I did my hair and I did my make up which I used waterproof mascara and then I grabbed everything that I used and went back to the girls cabin and put everything I used in my suitcase and made my way down to the cafeteria to get ready for breakfast.

For breakfast, it was a healthy bowl of fruit in which we had a choice of topping between honey and yoghurt or you could have both on top. Once breakfast was over, we all had to stay in the cafeteria for the captains to announce what we were actually doing for the activity day.
"Alright, I hope everyone is here and if someone is not here, please let that person know when you see them. As you may know today is the last full day of summer camp so we have decided to do a fun water activity which will require you to pair up with someone as we will be doing canoeing along with water activities with inflatable water equipment. As it's the last day we will let you guys decide your pairs and if no one has got a partner to do this then you'll have to come up the front and will put youwith someone. I hope you will enjoy today and please pair up with someone right now because we will be starting the activity in 10 minutes, this day will go from 7;30 to 5:30 pm so it will be a long day but I hope all of you have just as much fun as us captains will." Christina announced and nodded after she finished her sentence to signal for us to find someone to pair up with.

Of course everyone had a partner apart from me, there was Jayla and Kaylee, Sierra and Javon, Lucus and Tessa, and so on. I didn't know who I was gonna go with and I was definitely not going with Riley because he's a paedophile in my opinion so I went up the front and who did I see there? Fucking Jaden Walton with no partner.
"Uhh perfect y/n and Jaden you can be a pair if that's alright with you" London asked us, Jaden grew a smirk on his face,
"Yeah don't worry, y/n and I get along real good" Jaden lied putting his arm around my shoulder
"Okay great!" She said then went to the front and clapped her hands for everyone's attention. She was explaining the safety rules and instructions, when she was speaking, Jaden bent down and leaned closer to me, and whispered in my ear.
"This is gonna be real fun" I scoffed and rolled my eyes, then pushed his arm off me and continue listening to London.

Now we were on the canoes and we had to do a race between other people to get from one end to another in the long ass River which the girl captains were at the other end of the river, while the boy captains were with us at the start. Apparently anyone who's done this race has only able to make it to the end in 20 minutes or above because the river is that fucking long. We heard the siren blow from the horn in Tim's hand and everyone started screaming and rowing their boats to try get to the end. Jaden, the one with the paddle in his hand didn't go at all or even move the paddle
"Jaden, hurry up and go we need to win" I explain getting seriously pissed at this point because he's not even trying or putting in any effort
"Relax princess if you're so tough than, do it yourself "
"Fine I will give me the paddle " he passed me the paddle and I quickly court up to the others in less than a minute. Halfway through, everyone was pretty much tired and buggered and we were allowed to take breaks in between the race if we needed so me and Jaden decide to stop as everyone else had stopped all at the same time. I was looking at the ocean when I felt two hands push me into the water, I quickly go up for a air and looked up at Jaden who is laughing. I want to smash his face into the water and drown him. I got out of the water and in the
Canoe and then push Jaden out who almost did a backflip out the boat. He looks like he almost was going to hit the edge of the boat, but I couldn't care less if he hit his head and ended up going to hospital. Actually I would care but not at this moment.
"Why the fuck would you push me in?!"
"You did it first, so it makes it even" I snap back in a sassy attitude, he rolls his eyes, then gets up and gets in the boat, and I continue rowing to get to the finish line.
