8| OBSERVATION

*YOONGI

~AFTER 2 HOURS~

     We heard the door open and saw Y/Nie walk in while drinking water. When she saw us in our dancing position, she widened her eyes in shock.

     "Sungdeuk Oppa, what are you guys practicing?" She asks as she approaches Sungdeuk Hyung in front of us.

     "They're practicing 'Like'. You can rest here for a while. Rest up first since you just practice your vocal lessons." 

     "It's okay if I practice now." She said. Sungdeuk Hyung looks at us and I look at Namjoon. I saw Namjoonie looking back at me.

     "Just rest for a while, Y/Nie." Namjoon said. 

     "But, Oppa..."

     "Y/N." I called her and she looks at me with a pout on her lips.

     "Please Oppa." She pleads.

     "Go to my studio first and rest. You can practice later with us. After this song, we're gonna have a lunch break." I said.

     "Fine." She continues to pout and walks out. I chuckled at her childish act. 

     "Follow her, Hyung. She might not go to your studio." Hoseok said. I nod my head and excused myself. I walked out of the room and saw Y/N turn to a corner. I immediately follow her until she reached the studio. She stops at my door and heard her sigh. 

     "I have to find a good reason if Manager Dohyun didn't see me at the practice with the boys." I heard Y/N say softly to herself. "I'll be doomed if he didn't see me practicing and working hard." That's my cue to question her.

     "What do you mean you're doomed?" I asked. I saw her look at me with wide eyes as if she just saw a ghost. A handsome ghost if that is.

     "Oppa!?" 

     "What do you mean you're doomed if Dohyun Hyung didn't see you practicing with us?" I ask angrily.

     "You're not supposed to hear that." She said.

     "Answer me, Y/N!" I said raising my voice. I saw her flinch just by my voice. I sigh and went near her. "Please tell me. You're making me worry." I said as I held her hand with both of my hands.

     "Can we talk inside, please?" She said without looking at me. I feel so guilty. I unlock the door. She went inside and I close the door behind me. She sat on the sofa and just nervously play with her hands. I sat beside her and I got her hands to me. 

     "I'm sorry if I scared you, but I'm just worried about you." I said. She didn't say anything, she nodded only.

     "What will Dohyun Hyung do if you didn't practice?" I ask her again.

     "He will scold me again and tell me to double time. It means, no resting for a whole day." I scrunched my eyebrows. 

     "Aish!" I was about to go out when I felt her stop me.

     "Please, Oppa. Don't tell it to anyone." She pleads.

     "No, Y/N. He can't tell you to never have a rest." 

     "Please, Oppa." She said as her eyes begins to cloud with tears. I squint hard on my eyes and took a loud sigh.

     "How long do you have to endure this?" I ask her as I look at her with worry. "He's making you sick. If you can't rest, you'll get sick."
