As soon as they arrived, they found Deuce and Ace with a basket in hand. Deuce immediately noticed her troubled look and approached them worriedly.
"Did something happen to you two?" Deuce asked, worriedly looking at Y/N and Grim.
Y/N gave him a reassuring smile and said, "We're fine... We'll explain it after we harvest some chestnuts."
"Ah, that's right! The chestnuts!! Our tarts will get smaller if we don't get a bunch. Let's get to harvesting!" Grim exclaimed.

After the group finished harvesting the chestnuts and putting them in the basket, Y/N and Grim finally told them about the situation, and Ace and Deuce listened carefully to their explanation.
"...And that's what happened." Grim finished while Y/N nodded vigorously in agreement.
"There's no way that guy could be a groundskeeper," Ace exclaimed, thinking about what they had told them.
"Now that I think about it, didn't you mention that he had a yellow armband?" Grim turned to Y/N and asked to which the female nodded, "So he must be from the Banana Dorm."
The female deadpanned at him, "It's Savanaclaw..."
Deuce sighed, "Is it just me, or are there a lot of delinquents at Night Raven College?..."
Ace looked down at the basket and then at everyone with a grin.
"Alright, this should be enough chestnuts. Now, let's take these back to Trey-senpai."
"Nyaha! This tart is going to be awesome!" Grim cheered excitedly before Y/N let out a chuckle as they started venturing back to the school.

Once they arrived at the kitchen, Trey was already there waiting for them as he greeted them with a smile.
"Welcome back. It looks like you all collected plenty of them." Trey greeted as he looked inside the basket before him.
"With this, we can make a huge tart!" Grim exclaims cheerfully as Y/N holds and cuddles him like a soft, huggable stuffed toy.
"Peeling all this is going to be a challenge but let's get to it," Trey said before placing the basket of chestnuts on the table.
"We... We have to peel all of these?" Deuce mumbles before letting out a small sigh, "Is it too late to back out?" Y/N smiles softly as she reassures him with a soothing shoulder pat.
"The key to good baking is preparation." Trey began, "I know it's challenging, but it'll definitely be worth it in the end. Now then, let's get to work." He said before grabbing a chestnut.
