me and miya are finally ready to go to bed.
we get on my bed, sitting on the edge of it, without saying anything
«hey.. umh I actually don't want to sleep rn» I say
«mh same»
I start to think of what we could do
«wanna watch a movie or something?»i suggest
«I not really in the mood rn» he responds.
I nod
«lets just talk untill we fall asleep then. ok?»
he shakes his head yes
we start talking about everything we(I) could think of. He suddenly roll his body to face my body. I can feel his gaze on me while I try to ignore him and continue talking, trying even to not show any blush or nervousness

ok no I can't take it anymore
I turn my body too, our faces six inches apart. I look at him with a smile and he does the same without smiling, but with a little red on his face.
we stay in this position for a while. I move my hand closer to his until we interlock our fingers, our cheeks getting redder each second that pass
he the starts to speak
«[yn]..» that's the only thing that came out of his mouth
«yes?»
«you know I really care about you»
I can feel my face hitting up even more.
«aww I do too» I reply
«and it's the first time, after years, for me to feel comfortable around people my age and even making friends»

even tho I feel kinda sad, it's nice to see him that happy, it's a rare view; he looks cute.
«miya, lets go to sleep now» I say yawning
«mhm ok!»
he gets closer to me and i start panicking.
«eh..uh..good night miya»

I wake up at the sound of a door shutting. my mom's here.

she opened the door and before she could finish her sentence she started to stare at me and miya, who was still sleeping.

yeah. oh.
«mum I can explain» I get up and walk to her
«you don't have to explain anything [yn]..»
I look at the ground

«sshhh it's ok sweetheart, be who you are...for your pride» she pulls me into a hug.
