"Do we live in EQUALITY ?"

That's the question i would like to ask .
For many people this is just another social topic trending across the world.

But if given some thought that's a rather interesting topic. while we live in a judgemental society who judges weather people are equal or not on the basis of wealth, knowledge , achievements , position and standing in the society we still claim to believe in equality. Even if they say that they are treating everyone equal they will still choose their loved ones people closer to them over some stranger. You will say isn't this obvious then let me present a simple scenario:
You have to choose a room partner for you.

Yeah just as simple as that. Now what will you do, would you simply say that you can live with anyone because you consider everyone equal or will ask about the details of that person.

Of course you will ask about the persons detail if the person is of the same gender as you or not, if he/she has some criminal history or not , what are his/her qualifications. Based on those information you will make your choice, isn't that right.

Now, back to the first question are we equal?

Even after previous scenario and thinking from our own point of view our answer will differ and each of will our own reasonings to back them up.

There is no such thing as Equality or inequality. We just judge whether to treat other people as our equal or not.

That's the answer from my point of view as how people behave in the name of equality.

But... even i can't abide by my answer otherwise I will never be able to treat anyone equal.

After all no one is equal to me let alone greater.

But why was I suddenly thinking about these things?wondering?
If you look at my situation it was quite obvious.

I, who had just started my peaceful life, was having difficulty keeping it one because of the commotion some seats beside me.

"What would I get by contributing to the society. A perfect existence such as myself is not interested in such trivial things. One the other note why don't you ask others who are sitting to contribute and give there seat, nice-girl ?"

Apparently there was an old woman, standing in front of that boy's seat, wobbling as it looked like she was going to fall any moment. Then an office lady asked the boy who was sitting on the priority seat to it to old lady.

Boy had a well-build body and had dyed his hair blond which made him stand out.

He refused stating that he will have to waste more energy standing.

Office lady said that he should follow the orders of superior, in reply he just smiled and said that there is no one superior than him and ignored her.

Lady feeling defeated just backed down but then a high school girl wearing same uniform as me interfered and asked the boy to contribute to the society by doing a good will of giving his seat to old lady which bring us to current situation.

"It's ok dear. I'm fine"said the woman smiling.

I thought it was going to end there but it was not the case.

"Everyone, please listen to me for just moment, wil someone give up their seat for this old woman"

How can someone put such determination, courage and emotions in Just few words.
