Pallavi entered her Office and met the CEO and CFO asking them about the new venture she is interested in, and she got a green signal for that also. They worked together for the last 2 years. They joined her through an internship idea of Pallavi to hire the workforce. They didn't know that it was a young girl of 26 years who is giving them orders and running this new startup until they were hired as employees after six months and since then they have been extremely loyal and dedicated to the company. She entrusted them with the company's crucial documents and offered them a position that they were worthy of as they built this company where it stands today. They further hired employees who were also like them dedicated and hardworking.

She trusts them very much and they respect her a lot because of her kind heart and excellent business skills. One of the best features of this girl Pallavi is she admires hard work, and she respects education a lot, which makes her impartial at every level the employees get employed according to their education leading to her having highly qualified employees who are helping her company to grow day and night. She recently entered into Philanthropic activities as part of her corporate responsibility where she is planning to provide quality education to the needy free of cost. She named this Venture "Second Innings".

Today, the Induction of New employees is followed by an annual meeting where she will head the meeting and will converse with the top management of the company whom she calls G40 which is actually a group of Forty top position employees including lawyers and financial heads of the company and there they will review the Business operations. After that meeting in the night, she is hosting a party for her company employees and also for newly inducted employees to celebrate the new milestone that her company achieved.

She is right now heading towards the conference hall of the building where everyone is waiting for her to start the event. She entered and warmly welcomed new entrants. Everyone gave their speech and provided the last orientation to them finally at the last Pallavi gave her speech she shared her story of starting her business as an online home decor store moving next to a bread manufacturer and with that how she entered the whole bakery product line. Next was her Homemade product line where she delivered handmade spices and other products through online media to every household. She later conveyed that it was quality that her customers have entrusted her with, and she expects the same assurance from her new team and the company. She shared she started her business due to her father's health and she took it to a new level, he was barely a small trader who sold through a shop as a shopkeeper. She got his sellers to whom she placed orders, and they will sell her the ordered products. This was started until now she is standing in front of her. Lastly, she shared about her new venture which was started Nine months back where she entered in Pharmaceuticals and agriculture field majorly as a game changer and was able to capture a good market share.
Sharing all the hopes and expectations she has from them she stepped down from the stage and it was called the end of the Induction programs.
