It broke the ice and Todoroki, jumped up and was coming down towards izuku, who dodged as todoroki hit the ground and missed freezing him. Then sent another wave towards izuku.

The ice touched Izukus foot, holding him. Izukus saw todoroki put ice behind him again. Gotta, push him back. He moved the power that was in his ring finger to his whole arm, and did a full Smash. The pain ran through his arm, the feeling of his arm being messed up. The bones broke, his skin brushed. He yet out a yell of pain.
