Finishing some things.

The next day.
During lunch I got a message.
Come to the containment room now. - Owen.
"Huh guys. I'll be back." I said looking at my phone."why?" Izuku asked. "Um....i dont know yet." I said putting my phone in my pocket, taking the last few bites of my food and running to out to the innovation center. Is he okay? Did the atrocoraptor wake up and attack him? What's happening? I got to the door and ran to the stair well, taking it down as quick as possible and making it to the floor with the containment room. The door was partially open. I could see My mom, dad, john, Owen, and nezu's tail. "Is everything okay?" I asked. They all looked at me. I walked in and looked at the scene.

The door to the raptors room was open. It was standing there, getting rubbed on the snout by Nezu. "I heard about the device. I felt sympathetic and wanted to take a look for myself. It started to itch its stitches, so I wanted to help it so it doesn't hurt itself." Nezu explained. The atrocoraptor looked over at me. It cocked its head a little. "Y/n you okay?" I heard izuku coming in behind me. He looked in and saw. The atrocoraptor looked over at him, and it gave a small little gurgle. I bowed its head, and slowly moved towards izuku putting its head on his hip. Making a little whiny noise. Izuku looked shocked. "I think it's trying to apologize." Nezu said. Izuku slowly moved its hand and petted the side of its neck. The raptor looked up at him and licked the side of his face. Its tail slowly began to wag. "Oh, thank you." Izuku said stunned. The report looked at me and also licked my cheek. And rubbing its head on my shoulder.

"Why such a change in character?" I asked. "We dont know. But it was enjoying pets from Nezu." My dad said. "This is crazy." Izuku said.

We got the raptor some food, and water. It enjoyed it well. I realized I hadn't taken a DNA test yet. So i did. Analysis of the genome showed some odd combinations. Monitor lizard, and even a slight touch of canine. "They probably added the tiniest bit in hopes it would have an effect on its mental state to follow orders. But it when they put the device in, it probably didnt have the intended effect. So they just ran with it." Owen said. "So then. What about its memories. It probably remembers doing things. But it was making it more violent, and follow orders with the device." Izuku said. "Maybe. Well. I guess we got a new dinosaur pet before we thought." My dad said. "Pet?" I asked. "Well yeah. If it's being this way right now. We can work on training it and getting its trust." My dad said. "Let's slow down. We need to let it heal first. Then we can work on what else to do with it. If its been used this far much, it might be best to just let it live its life in peace." John said.

Over the next few days. The atrocoraptors behavior began to almost level out. Still showing compassion, while its instincts were showing again. Just not as intense. Its surgery healed up great. We had a small area closed off so it could go out and get some fresh air. Its mood became better after that. It was more responsive, and it seemed to connect to us even better. I spent a few hours with it outside, throwing a toy for it to chase, and even some puzzles too. It was very smart. I showed it my power, and it was very intrigued by it. It even wanted to play a bit. I did show transform into the indominus Rex as well. Its reaction was very interesting. It was shocked, but also showed a great amount of respect.

As the last day of school drew to a close, extra training was brought up. Izuku, shoto, ochako, Tsu, Iida, and bakugo were the first 6 to go do the training on the last day of school. It was a different situation each time the class was held. Mr. Aizawa waned to see my performance with the atrocoraptor on my side.

"Are you sure about this?" I asked him. The atrocoraptor looked at him and sniffed his hair, and sneezed in his face. "Oh, sorry." I said. "You gotta be nice." I said the raptor. It looked at me and sighed. "Your egg will hatch soon. So, i think this is the best way to test your performance with a dinosaur." He said. "You're right." I said. So i got my hero suit on. The raptor sniffed it and looked at me. "Can you follow my lead? Can we work together?" I asked the raptor looking at it in the eyes. It made a little noise, almost saying yes. "Okay good."
