The next day, Taehyung woke up at 6 am and decided to rummage through his closet. He was looking for something nice to wear and has been pulling out clothes and throwing them on the floor one after the other.
After a while, Taehyung was whining as he couldn't make up his mind. All of a sudden, he heard Yeontan bark and when he looked at him, he saw Yeontan pick up a red silk blouse with his mouth. Taehyung crouched down.
"You want me to wear this?" Taehyung asked Yeontan and the dog let go of the silk top and barked back.
Taehyung giggled and picked it up from the floor. He removed his pajama top and tried the red silk blouse on.
"Not bad, Tannie. You know, I should consult you everyday. You have an eye for fashion." Taehyung giggled as he picked up Yeontan and hugged him.
"Tan, you like Jungkook to be your trainer?" Taehyung asked and Tannie replied with his tail wagging wildly as the latter licked his face.
"Okay, then that's settled. I'll talk to him later about it. I'll go take a quick shower first. Don't chew on my clothes please?" Taehyung said as he placed Yeontan back on the floor.
It took him ten minutes to shower and when he went back to his room, he found Yeontan on his dog bed, sleeping.
See? You aren't so bad like others say you are. Taehyung thought as he cooed at the furball.
He got dressed quietly so as not to wake Yeontan up. Once done, he picked up all his clothes and threw them back inside his closet, closing the door right after.
With the click of the closet door, Yeontan woke up and looked at his appa and barked at him.
"Hey, sorry I woke you up. Come on, let's go get breakfast as I've to go to work soon." Taehyung said.
Yeontan started to bark endlessly which confused Taehyung.
"What is it, Yeontan?" He asked while getting the small box with the USBs from his bedside table and placed it inside his messenger bag.
Yeontan kept barking and running to the door and back to Taehyung. He did it twice.
When Yeontan wasn't stopping, Taehyung carried him to try and calm him down. Tan finally stopped barking, but started to chew on the strap of his appa's bag.
"Tannie, no!" Taehyung scolded.
Yeontan stopped but wiggled his body, forcing Taehyung to put him down.
Taehyung watched as Yeontan ran down the stairs.
"Brat." Taehyung mumbled as he followed suit.
When he reached the foot of the stairs he scanned the room and didn't find Yeontan there, so he just went straight to the kitchen.
He found food on the table, but there were no signs of his hyungs. He then saw a note on the fridge:
Taehyung, Namjoon and I went to the cafe early as there will be an event. After helpjng here, Joon will come back for Tannie to bring him here. See you later and DONT SKIP BREAKFAST!!! - Jinnie Hyung
Taehyung looked at the food on the table and then at his watch.
"Fine, I can still spare ten minutes."
Taehyung sat down and started eating. After a few minutes, he suddenly thought of Yeontan.
"Tannie!"
Silence.
"Yeontan!"
Nothing.
He stood up and looked around the house. Finally, he found Yeontan. The little one was nudging Monie who wasn't moving.
