To say he was tired is correct. To say he was fed up is also correct. After leaving his family behind to live in big city, First realized how hard it was to take care of everything by himself.

He remember how his mom always praised him for being so independent and always ready to help. However things were different now.

He's an adult. There's a lot more responsibility for him to bear, and one of them was how to make a living. To make money. And thats what exactly he was doing now.

Working from nine to five, everyday. And day-off was a luxury that he only got twice a month. If he was not so lucky, those seniors in his company would shove more works to his table.

He could only blamed it on himself. For being too good-natured. The type that would always say yes when someone asking him for help. His family's upbringing is just like that after all.

It was currently 6 in the afternoon. While the sky is still slightly bright, his office was almost empty already. Almost all his collegues have left an hour earlier. Leaving him with a stack of documents to read through.

After switching off his computer, he snatched his coat that has been hanging on his chair since this morning. Its a bit wrinkled now, but he didnt care.

He looked outside, and of course he saw those rain that have been showering the city lightly since a while ago.

He took out a folded umbrella from within his brown-colored leather briefcase before proceeds to leave his workplace.

After a 'ding' sound, the elevator was opened and First quickly went out, walking towards the entrance that also acted as an exit.

Once he was outside, he opened the umbrella in his hand and use it to cover himself from the dripping water.

He walked on the sideway, did not planning on waiting for the bus. He sighs every few steps while his eyes focus on the wet pavements.

He was thinking what he should eat for dinner. He havent got his salary yet while the money on his bank account didnt amount to much. He couldnt help but frown.

First's neck was a bit sore for looking down too much as he walks for nearly half an hour already. He raised his head a bit and thats when his eyes met with a stranger's dark orbs. That split second when their eyes met felt so strange for First. Strange yet enticing.

Its like the world stopped briefly. But both went on their separate ways. First trying to brushed it off as he kept on walking.

However, there's something in his chest that bothers him. As if wanting him to turn back, to look for that stranger.

First clenched the umbrella on his hand as he says "Fuck it!". He stopped walking, contemplating a bit whether to really turn back or just leave.

But maybe, the calling he got from his own heart was just too loud. He couldnt possible be ignoring it. So, he did.

He turned around.

And when he looked back, his eyes met the stranger's eyes again. He observed the stranger that was standing still, with the exact same looking umbrella as his. What was happened next is even weirder to him.

He saw a smile on the stranger's face. First was puzzled, and stunned at the same time. They didnt know each other, and this person smiles at him. He was not a narssistic person, but isn't it okay for him to think that that person is smiling at him?
