" Mommy, did you contact Tita Bea and her team already? Are they coming?" I am starting to get exhausted by Finn asking for Bea and her organizers to arrive, I was able take a leave from work for Finley Birthday, It hit me when Bea talk to me about how my son really feel when I am too focus from work. And from Saturday up until now, Bea and I are communicating and brainstorming about what we want to achieve for Finn's birthday.

" Baby, Tita Bea said na they are on their way na so please do wait for them okay? I'll just need to cook some snack for all us so we can talk about your birthday alright?

" Okay Mommy 🥰 " I left Finn alone and even gave him something to do and get busied with the kitchen try to cook something for the coming guest,

" Mommy, my ball is outside can I get it please?" I heard Finn ask and I shouted yes back. After that it's a complete silence so I look into the living room and saw Bea with Finn and his posing for her camera I know how happy Finn is whenever she's with other people but seeing him with Bea it's very different it seems like he knows him more than I do.

" Uhmm, didn't know that your here already?" I said as I walk towards them. Finn was making pacute with Bea on the picture that she took and he was busy with his coloring book

" Yup I arrived first, Eli and Kath just doing some errand on they way here, and I hope it's alright since I brought some donuts to share with this tiger here " Finn was looking at me intently asking if he can have a bite and I did nod and he smile prettily Bea then gave him a piece and even offered another pieces for me.

And then all of a sudden, i felt something in my stomach, holy shssss I shouldn't feel this way ever again, ( Come one Maddie your a grown up already avoid the situation right now )

" No thank you just cooking some pasta for lunch hope your not choosy?" I try to divert the the attention

" Nope, you are actually offering us a decent meal we use to eat pizza from Breakfast until Dinner so eating something new is a great thing. "

" Great, I'll just go back in the kitchen to finish preparing it, For now you and Finn go talk about his party alright? "

" Sure, also hope you don't mind if I post the picture? Wont mention anything related to you if it's alright?"

" That's alright if Finn agree then you can, his actually the boss and not me, talk to you later alright?"

I left Bea and Finn to have some alone time while I go back to the Kitchen to prepare the pasta I was cooking earlier. I suddenly brought back 4 years ago when Bea and I first met in Ateneo. And gad that was the first time ever that i felt things i shouldn't feel. A few minutes had passed and Kim send me a message

Didn't bother to response to her last message as i know what that means already, i go to the IG post that she was referring to and my heart skip a beat

Never in our time together did Finn look this playful, he would always tend to just follow me around and obey me with whatever I ask him and it made me soft na his to precious and enjoying his childhood then i suddenly receive a text from an unknown number

" Hope this is still your number, I wanted us to talk about us, I've been trying to reach you for the last 4 years Yrenea, I was able to reach your family but they were very adamant on telling me where you are. Love, I want to apologies about what happen to us and I want us to start over and built a family together" My heart sank reading this message no! No! It can be hindi niya pwedeng malaman yung tungkol kay Finn he don't deserve to be in his life!!!

" Uh, I hope I am not interrupting anything Mads, Eli and Kath are here and we're kindly hungry, Finley is also sweating since we play outside your backyard hope that's okay? 😬" It brought me back to reality and ignore the message I received.

" Ah yes! Sorry pero tapos naman na yung pasta I'm just gonna prepare this for you guys, Finn! Go change your clothes baby please?" I shouted

" No need to shout Mads, I already told him to change clothes and pumasok naman siya agad sa kwarto niya I guess. "

" Are you alright? Namumutla ka kase kanina and it bothers me thinking na baka kase kame ung reason or something?"

" Sira hindi no, siguro pagod lang since this is the first time that I ever cook for a big group usually kase for 2 lang yung niluluto ko for me and Finn. "

" Oh I see, Anyway I was able to get his insight about his party and he wanted the theme to be like a safari with a lot of animals that moves daw, he said he wanted to do his party here okay lang ba sayo yun or we can check to a much bigger space?"

" We can do what he want's Bei, it's his birthday anyway saka malaki naman ung backyard namin so he can really enjoy his birthday. "

" Cool! So I'll let Eli know so we can work on the backdrop right away and get Finley's idea then Kath will go and shop for the materials needed for the party and will try to hire actual pet owners that can allow us to this safari theme."

" Thank you so much Bei, buti na lang Ate Den told me that you have an organizing company for this type of events at buti alam niya ung address mo. It's a huge deal that Finn will enjoy his 5th birthday the way he want it."

" That's what we specialize on Maddie, and will make sure to provide him with the best birthday ever!"

Seeing Bea smile like this makes me want to forget about my problem she's still the same jolly girl that I know from college my batchie my good cop my partner in crime. If only I was strong enough back then to fight for what I feel but if i did that I wont have Finn right now. His my blessing and the reason why I am thriving for the best. After Finn was able to change his clothes kumaen kame ng pasta and then Bea and her team decided to leave to work on Finn's birthday party.
