3rd POV

It was just a few more days before the party and after what happen that night Bea decided to stay lowkey as she know that she is at fault as well, Maddie on the other hand was facing her own problems dealing with her past. The party preparation was put on hold because Finley's not reacting to his Mom inquiries about how he would like the flow of the party. His not used on talking things with his Mom since Bea was always with him almost everyday.

" Mommy? When will Tita Bei come back?" Finley ask his Mom. Maddie wanted to tell Finley that Bea wont be hanging around with him in the next few days and is stuck with her but that was cut off when the door bell rang.

Finley, automatically ran towards the door to open it and to the kids surprise it was not who he is expecting. It was a figure of a Man his back facing his and when he was about to ask who he is but Maddie quickly shut the door.  The latter was able to see from a distance the form of the man and she can't doubt her instinct so she slowly close the door not making any loud noises to avoid getting the attention of the man on the front porch.

" Finn, how many times does Mommy have to tell you to not open the door without asking who it is or check who it is actually? What if it was a bad guy? Or what if he took you away from me? " Maddie was scared by the thought of losing her son and the thought that the man from her past return made her panic.

" I'm sorry I thought it was Tita Bea since she usually visit me by this time. It wont happen again, Finney don't want to be away with Mommy 🥺. "

" Yes Baby, so now what I want you to do is to get your bag and pack some things we will visit Tita Bea as I know you badly miss her and then after your done, I want you to stay on the car in the garage and don't make any sound can you do that?" The little boy didn't answer his mom and instead ran immediately to his room to pack his things

Maddie then face the man outside the front porch, By opening the door once again.

" What are you doing here?"She utter making the man face her and it lit his face up

" Babe! Thank God your here I've been trying to find you in this neighbourhood for almost a week na and nawawalan na ko ng pagasa na makita ka but here it goes!" The man happily state to Maddie but she's not buying it

" Can you please stop calling me that? I'm not your girlfriend anymore Zolo and why would you try to find me? After what happen you just suddenly decided that you want to be a part of my life again? Damn you Mr. Ligot" Maddie's words was heard around the neighborhood and her neighbors took a peak right away as they know that Maddie is a chill person and always have a smile on her face

" Why would I stop? And who said that your not my girlfriend anymore? The last time I check you were still my girlfriend and I'm here to patch things up with you. I learn my lesson Babe" Fred Maddie's neighbor muster up his courage and walk towards Maddie and Zolo was

" Hey Maddie, Is everything alright here? Is he bothering you?"

" Everything's okay Fred, Mr. Ligot here will also be leaving now, right Zolo? You don't have any business here do you?" Zolo didn't have any choice but to leave as Fred and Maddie's other neighbor starting to populate the latter's front porch.

" I'll be back Nea, and mark my words i'll have you back." Zolo left feeling defeated. Maddie on the other hand thank Fred and her other neighbors before rushing back to her house to get her coat and car keys. When she reach their garage Finley was sleeping soundly at the back seat. She tucked him in safely and start driving away. Maddie's mind right now is in complete chaos, and that's because of the man that he didn't want to ever see again. She drove to that one place that she will feel safe and that is...
