"Did you manage to contact Jungkook?"

"Did you manage to contact Jungkook?"

Yoongi shakes his head. "No. Jimin called him as well."

Namjoon sighed. "He's been acting like this since yesterday. Say, did Jimin's incident affect him?"

Yoongi crossed his arms. "That won't be the case. I've been teammates for him for many years. He isn't someone who will let his personal matters affect the tournament. If he left the base camp, that means there's something he needs to do. Both Jimin and I have told him about our training today. I believe that he'll return here when we need him."

Namjoon looked at his watch. "But our training will start in an hour. What if he doesn't return in time?"

"How about this? I'll replace him for a second. I'll pick Miss Fortune—"

"But Yoongi, your hand—"

Yoongi looked at him. "Say no more. The training will start soon. Don't put on a troubled face. Let's go."

Namjoon nodded at him and they both went inside the base camp.

An hour passed and Jungkook was not yet arriving. Jimin is getting worried.

"I'll play one match on behalf of Jungkook." Yoongi said.

"So, will Jungkook—"

"Jungkook will definitely come back for tomorrow's match. Stop making any wild guesses." Yoongi said.

Mark looked at his computer screen. "We're starting soon. Stop asking."

Suddenly Jungkook arrived, and Jimin felt relieved.

"Sorry, for the wait."

Yoongi got off the chair. "We're waiting for you. Have a seat."

Jimin noticed that Jungkook covered his wrist with a bandage. "Love, your hand..."

Jungkook faintly smiled. "Don't worry. I'm fine, love."

Jimin couldn't help but to stay still worried about Jungkook and his hand. He wondered what happened to Jungkook to come back.

After the training match, they lost to GKBK.

Jimin woke up the next day, and what surprised him was that Jungkook was awake so early

Jimin woke up the next day, and what surprised him was that Jungkook was awake so early.

Don't tell me he really didn't sleep yesterday?

Jimin went downstairs and he approached Jungkook. "Love, you woke up so early today."

Jungkook hummed. "Hmm."

Jimin watched him play until he noticed Jungkook's right hand was trembling. He placed his hand on top of it and the older one stopped as he looked at him. "What are you doing?"

Jimin sighed. "What am I doing? I should be the one to ask you that question. I'm sure you pulled an all-nighter last night. I fell asleep waiting for you. Did you play ranked matches until dawn? The doctor said you shouldn't strain yourself. Do you want to be crippled?"

Jungkook looked at him as he smiled faintly. "I'm fine. What about you? Does your hand still hurt?"

Jimin softly smiled. "I'm fine now. Look. I'm almost fully healed. You shouldn't train too much."

"I wasn't doing too well with Miss Fortune last night. I just wanted to play with her longer so that I can understand how she works. Help me finish the match. I'll go and wash up." Jungkook stood up from his seat as he patted Jimin's head and went upstairs.

Something's bothering him.
