I didn't ask her about the tattoo because I didn't want her to be reminded of that time.

I went looking for Kate, I found her in her office.
I knocked on her door

"Come in" she said

Her office was big and really nice.
It has a tinted glass door, a wall full of books. At her window there were plants and a flower pot in the middle.
There was a rug under her sofa and her desk was on the opposite side.

"What do you want"

"That guy you payed a few months ago? What did you pay him for?"

"None of your damn business!"

I was about to speak up when there was a knock on her door

"Come in!"

"Boss? Lorenzo is back with you know what, he asked for you."

"I'll be right there"

She looked back up to the guy

"You can leave now!" She said in a serious tone

I knew him from somewhere, then it hit me,

"Excuse me?"

He turned around

"You're the one she payed in that alley, aren't you?"

The guy looked at her with a worried face.

"So it's true, I knew it!" I said a bit happy

"Stupid son of a bitch!" She yelled "You couldn't just walk out?! Why did you look at me like that! You just told him it was true with that look!"

She's annoyed today, don't piss her of, noted

I was looking surprised at her, at her reaction.

"What did you pay him for?" I asked

"Nothing, just some business"

"I'll find out" I said smirking

She walked out "I need to let out some steam!"

I followed her until we got back to the basement, she walked into a cell and started punching a guy.

There was a table in the room with different knives

"Where's my money?" She asked

The guy didn't answer

"Where's. My. Money?!"

She yelled stabbing a knife into his leg, she was still holding the knife, moving it a bit

"I don't...have it" he yelled in pain

The furry in her eyes grew
She took the knife out and stabbed it in his other leg

"I told you, not 1 not 2 but 3 times!"
"My. money!!" She yelled louder

"I can't, I don't have any left!" He yelled in pain again

She closed her eyes and tried to calm her breath
She opened her eyes and grabbed the knife out

"To bad" she said with a smirk

She slit the knife over his throat, she grabbed a towel on the table and cleaned of the blood on her hands

I was standing frozen to the ground, she just killed a guy because of money, she was already pissed of.
I'm not sure if I should mess with her.

"Get rid of the body" she said walking out

I followed her from a distance, we entered the kitchen and she took out a glass and a bottle of bourbon. She drank like 5 glasses.

I tried to stop her from drinking another glass but she grabbed a knife and pointed it at me.
I put my hands in the air and took a stap back.

She put the knife down and drank another glass.

I looked around and saw Trevor walking in with blood in his knuckles, he walked towards the sink and watched his hands.

Kate walked towards the sofa with the bottle, I took the opportunity and went to talk to Trevor.

"I think she's been drinking too much" I said

He looked at me and back to the sink

"Let her be!" He said in a serious tone

"Why is she been drinking so much"

"It's who she is!"

"I've never seen her like this"

"It's been difficult lately"

"Why?"

"Cause my brother is today 1 year missing" she said walking back into the kitchen with an empty bottle

"I-I sorry"

"Whatever" she said walking away again
