I had my cozy corner of the cafe,ordering my coffee and continued the sketching which I had started earlier . It's the busy street which I see from the window everyday whenever I get here.The aroma of the coffee made me lift my head from the book. Saying a thanks, I took a sip of my coffee,which made me relax quite a bit. After sometime, I saw someone was nearing me to sit in front of me. I had a look at him. He's one of my classmate, but can't recall his name. "Hey! Chitra. How are you doing?" " Good."I replied curtly and continued to have my coffee. "I was just about to ask you out on a date?". "Sorry to be rude, but I barely even know you."."Let's get to know each other, then?". This is not gonna end, I thought and sighed. "Sorry again . I won't be able to make it out." Saying that , I stood to leave. I walked away paying for the coffee. What a way to get my mood bad again ? ,I sighed and walked to my home.
My bedroom.. the most comforting place ever. The only thing in my life which is in accordance to my wish. I bitterly chuckled at the truth . I refreshed myself and laid on my bed. I usually think about irrelevant things and let my mind wander around that. And today ,it was the boy at the restaurant. I barely even know him, and he asks me for a date?. Funny isn't it?.
I wonder what even made him to me ask for a date for he doesn't even know me much. I wonder how people just fall in love after having a two or three dates?. Is that what love is?
