Looking through the racks of clothing, pulling items off and placing them across their bodies. Looking at each other for approval, all whilst giggling with excitement.

"We shall need two whalebone corsets"
Enola says looking at the judgy older lady.

"You shall need no such thing. This is a respectable shop"

"Then we shall respect it"
Lily finishes getting fed up with the woman's attitude.

"You both don't look like you will...... don't smell like you will"
She try's to continue until Enola pulls out a wad of cash from her pocket.

"Do you have anywhere we can dress?"
Both girls looking at each other, then looking at the speechless woman.

"In the back"

The changing room door swings open, walking out are both the beautiful girls. Enola wearing a red almost dark pink dress, while lily is wearing a pale pink.

"You are a girl?"
She says looking at enola
"And you look like a lady, both of you look like ladies" glancing at Lily.

"Now where can we find a lodging house? I'll pay handsomely for good value"

Lily has a bit of money, but nothing compared to how much Enolas mother has left her abandoned daughter. Enola has offered to pay for Lily's dress and accommodation. Lily has tried to refuse, but the girl insisted.

"Follow me"
The old woman says waving her hand for them to follow.

"Is this really good value?"
Lily says looking at the old rundown building.

"Oh best value you'll find, you're both lucky to have found me"

Walking up the creaking stairs, and opening the unoccupied room. I mean maybe not unoccupied as a rat runs across Lily's shoes.

"Here you have it"
The woman says.

"It's.....lovely"
Enola says with a clearly fake smile plastered across her face.

Now they both have got some peace and quiet to think. Time for phase five of their plan, or phase 4? They've entirely lost count.
It's time to find their missing woman.
To find Enolas mother, the first thing they need to do is leave a cipher in every newspaper she might read.
