The Day When We Realize It is Love

New Family

"Arin, today your new parent will come to take you," told Mdm Dila. That girl already live there for five year. Sunny Orphanage welcome Ariana five years ago after her grandma passed away not long after Ariana's dad death. Her aunt and uncle sent her to that orphanage because no one want to raise her. After waiting for five years, someone like to adopt that girl. Mdm Dila also happy for her.

"Who going to adopt me, madam?" Ask Ariana. She is curious about her new parent.

"You will know it soon. They are a good parent, don't worry," explain Mdm Dila.

"I'll miss this place," Ariana sigh slowly. This is the only place that give her warm and love after she become an orphan. Now, she will live with her new family. She didn't know what kind of family want to adopt her, but she hope they could give her love as much as this orphanage do.

"They're here," told Mdm Dila. Ariana look at a women. That women seem like around 40th she think. She is gorgeous. Ariana can't stop to look at that women.

"This is Ariana, and Ariana, this is Mdm Sherry. She will become your mom," tell Mdm Dila. Ariana beside her just smile shyly.

"I'll take you home today. Are you already packed your stuff?" Mdm Sherry ask. Ariana just nod her head. Mdm Sherry already learn about Ariana. She really like that little girl from the first time she met her two weeks ago. She accidentally met Ariana on her way go to toilet when attending an event held at that orphanage. She didn't know why she like that little girl make her want to adopt her. Luckily her husband agree with her intention to adopt Ariana even though they already had a son.

Ariana waving her hand to her orphanage family. Now she will going to her new home with new family. She cry so hard as now she leave the place that giving a really good memories and love to her.

They arrive at the big mansion-house. Ariana couldn't believe her eyes. That house so big. The garden filled with beautiful flowers. She walk slowly to the house. The decoration in the house also neat and beautiful. Too many fancy things that she never see in her life there.

"Here your room," told Mdm Sherry. Ariana feel amaze looking into her room. It so tidy with soft brown as a theme colour in that bedroom. Mdm Sherry know her favourite colour.

"Thank you madam," she really appreciate it.

"From now, I'm your mom, so please call me mummy after this, okay? Don't call me madam," as Mdm Sherry told her to do that, she just nod.

"That not your mom, she is my mom not yours," suddenly a little boy appear out of nowhere. Mdm Sherry startled as her son suddenly coming there.

"Don't be so rude Kevin. She is your new little sister," scold Mdm Sherry to her son.

"No, she will forever not my sister. I don't need sister!" Kevin left with his anger. From a day when his mom told to adopt a sister for him, he already disagree with that idea. However, his mom didn't listen to him. That why he really hate Ariana.

For lunch, they are gather together including Sir Adrian. He always get his lunch at home as he prefer to eat at home that eating outside. When he looking at Ariana, he smile. He didn't know that his wife will adopt such a beautiful little girl. His wife really want another child after his son, Kevin was 2 years old, but she can't giving birth anymore as it is too risk for her health. Couple of weeks ago, his wife suddenly come with idea to adopt a daughter. He can't help but agree with his wife. He already come with that idea years ago after they get the news Mdm Sherry can't pregnant anymore. But, his wife refuse it. She want to focus with their only son. That why he get surprised when his wife coming up with that idea weeks ago.

"Ariana, this is daddy," Mdm Sherry introduce her husband to Ariana while They're waiting for the food to be served.

"Hi, daddy," Ariana smile. That sweet smile of her will make people like her including Sir Adrian. Ariana is a beautiful kid he ever seen.

"How is it? Did you like live here?" Ask Sir Adrian. Ariana just nodding her head.

"Hopefully she will not live here forever," said Kevin.

"You shouldn't say that Kevin. She now your little sister," scold Sir Adrian. He know his son still can't accept Ariana as his little sister. They only 3 years apart, Sir Adrian believes that they will get along as their age is not that too far.

"Seems like everyone now forget that I'm the biological son in this house," Kevin left the table after saying that. He really hate Ariana for getting his parent's attention.

"Kevin, if you're like this, there're no lunch and dinner for you today unless you say sorry to Ariana," now Mdm Sherry also defend Ariana. He feel like an outsider in his own house. If Ariana not enter this house, he will not feel that way.

"Mummy, don't get mad to Kevin. He probably got jealous of me getting your attention. I'm the one who going to say sorry," Ariana trying to keep peace.

"No, dear. It's his fault. He deserve it. Don't feel guilty," they get lunch that noon without Kevin. He got punish not to get any food for lunch and dinner. Mdm Sherry also remind the maid not to give him anything until he apologies to Arin. If they didn't obey her command, they might get fired by Mdm Sherry. Seems ridiculous but yes, she really mean it.
