The USS Republic orbits around Star Base 12 and the remaining 200 passengers are transported down to Star Base 12 after a four and half long year journey and the last ones to exit the shuttlecraft are Lord Kevin Thomas Riley and on his arm is Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell.
Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley has just returned from Talos IV where he lost his entire family to Kudos the governor who decided to execute the non-essential people on Talos IV due to a famine.
Lt Kevin Thomas Riley with Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell on his arm walks up he bows to Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, Duke of Norfolk Territory and Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory are standing to wait to meet all the new arrivals on Star Base 12 and standing by his father's side is Lord Andrew Charles Howard age 23 years old.
Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley bows and he says " May I present Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell."
Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell is not even 19 years old and she curtsy to Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR, and Lord Richard William Carey and it is Lord Charles Andrew Howard JR who helps Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell to her feet and Lord Andrew Charles nudges his father " Please father. Introduce me to her." Lord Andrew Charles asks.
"Mademoiselle Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell. May I present my youngest son, Lord Andrew Charles Howard and this is my aunt's great-grandson, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory." Lord Charles Andrew JR tells her.
Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell curtsy to each of them and Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley asks his good friend, Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory " Lord Richard William. Will you please see Karissa to Madame's Boarding House?"
"It will be my pleasure, Kevin." Lord Richard William tells him and Lord Andrew Charles asks her "So you will be residing in my second cousin's territory?"
"Lord Howard. I have no idea what territory I will be living in. " Karissa explains.
"I will be living at Madame's Boarding House." Karissa explains, " I plan to attend the University here on Star Base 12."
"Mademoiselle Karissa. You will find Madame Valois quite loving and friendly." Lord Richard William tells her.
"Lord Claude Valois and his wife, Lady Louise have own the Chateau De Rochelle for a good long time and it once belonged to Lord Phillip Valois, and to his son, Lord Charles, and his son, Lord Francis, and now his son's widow, Lady Louise Valois." Lord Richard William tells her.
"It is a very magnificent estate." Lord Richard William tells her.

"I am afraid that Lord Francis and Lady Louise didn't have any children, so after Lord Francis passed away his widow turned into a Boarding Home for Young Women." Lord Richard William states.
"I believe that my great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard helped Lord Phillip to build it." Lord Richard William explains.
"My great-grandfather was Lord John Carey's grandson, and my great-grandmother was the granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard." Lord Richard William explains.

"I live out at Bedford Manor that my great-great-great-grandfather, Lord John Carey and my great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard built together." Lord Richard William explains.
Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell just smiles and with Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley and Lord Richard William Carey they help to carry her luggage to Lord Richard William Carey's carriage and Lt. Kevin Thomas Riley helps Karissa to climb into the Carey carriage and he watches it drive away before he starts to walk back to Star-Fleet Academy.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard watches the Carey carriage pull away and he looks at his father " She is the one I want father." Lord Andrew Charles tells his father.
"Lord Andrew Charles Howard. Listen to me. Don't bring disgrace on our family name." Lord Charles Andrew JR states, "Your great-grandfather and grandfather both sired illegitimate sons with different women."
"Lord Frederick William and your grandfather have brought enough scandal into this family. " Lord Charles Andrew JR explains.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard never gives up until he wins what he wants and he wants the one woman and he doesn't realize what she wants but when he finds out he sets out to give it to her just to marry her and give his father his long waited male line grandchild.
Lord Richard William Carey tempts to make pleasant conversation with Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell and she is friendly toward him but she lets him do all the talking and she just listens.
Finally the Carey carriage pulls up to Madame's Boarding House in Bedford Territory and Madame Valois walks out and she curtsy " Monsieur Carey. What a honor?" Madame tells him.
"Good Day, Madame Valois. I have brought Mademoiselle Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell to live with you." Lord Richard William tells her.
"Oui. We have been expecting her." Madame Valois tells Lord Richard William Carey and Lord Richard William Carey carries Karissa luggage into Madame's living room and he bows, "Please excuse me Ladies. I must be on my way back to Bedford Castle." Lord Richard William tells them and Madame Valois walks Lord Richard William Carey back to his carriage and he asks her "If Mademoiselle Karissa needs anything please let me know."
"I will Monsieur Carey." Madame Valois tells him and Lord Richard William Carey climbs into his carriage and he heads back to Bedford Castle.
But from Norfolk Estate Lord Andrew Charles Howard is thinking about how to get to know Karissa Elizabeth Ann Lowell better but he knows he can't enter Bedford Territory without the consent of Lord Richard William Carey the presiding Duke of Bedford Territory to the prime directive created by his great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard in 2165.
Lord Andrew Charles Howard has to go through Lord Richard William Carey, but Lord Richard William Carey is no fan of his second cousin, Lord Andrew Charles Howard.
