Chapter 9: The Secrets Are Revealed

I unhook myself and run out only to see everyone look at me. "Are you ok?" Goldy asked, his voice was soft. I look at everyone and they all look at me with a worried face. I feel lied to, betrayed. Lily is gone now. Six years of my life gone and no one told me. I can understand if they wanted to protect me or something but.....I can't help but feel hurt. That they acted like nothing happened. Didn't even think of telling me. I'm more upset with Goldy.....I would have thought he'd be more honest with me, tell me gently, something but.....he too, didn't say a word. I look down at the floor and feel the anger boil in me. "6 years...." the others grow confused but, the Puppet seems to understand what I mean. "What?" Freddy asked worried. "I was gone......for 6 years..." I looked back at them, the inside me anger exploded out and I yelled, "...AND NONE OF YOU BOTHERED TO TELL ME!?" They all looked shocked and looked at each other with guilt. "(Y/n)....las-" Foxy started to say something but I ran to the security room. I hear everyone quickly follow me and I know for a fact, Foxy is right on my tail. But I run inside the room and close the doors. I sit down on the chair and hear the others banging on the door, bagging to come out. I feel hot tears stream down my face. How long where they gonna play this acted? That I haven't been gone for six years and nothing was wrong? "(Y/n)..." I open my eyes to see Goldy there. I forgot about his powers for a brief moment. "...please.....understand that-" I turn away from him. "Why didn't you tell me....out of everyone, I thought YOU would have at least said something! Anything!" He grabs my chin and tries to make me look at him but I pull away. I can't look at him, I wouldn't dare to look at him. But, he continues to pull on my chin, "(y/n), look at me... " I still refuse to look at him. "LOOK AT ME!" and with a swift motion, he let go of my chin, grabbed both sides of my head and jerked my head to make me look at him. He looks like a blur with all the tears and he gently wipes them away. He says, in his usual soft tone, "We wanted to tell you, I wanted to tell you but....we knew you'd be like this and......we didn't want this to happen.....we don't know why you didn't wake up but...we all talked after you woke up, and all agreed to not tell you.....at least till the time was right...." I shake my head away from his hands and I asked in a low, cold tone, "and when exactly was the right time?" Goldy eyes widen from my dead tone towards him. "When....when you finally got use to living here. When you finally moved on from the other place, from whatever from whatever happened in the past. From-" in the same dead tone, I cut him off "from Lily. So that's what this is all about." For once in my life, I finally caught a secret he tried to hide from me. His completely read that I hit the bullseye. He goes to say something but I finally stopped him at his tracks. "You hoped that I would forget all about Lily." I get up and walk up him and since he's still flouting, he flies backwards but at the same time, he flouts down to the floor and eventually, he ends up crawling back into a wall. "HOW LOW ARE YOU!?" He's face changes from worried to scared real quick. Why doesn't he teleport away? Why doesn't fly up to the ceiling so, he's out of my reach? I go to grab him but a sudden sharp pain hits me where Freddy hit me, making me fall to the floor. "(Y/n)!" Goldy calls out through his shaky voice then runs to my side.

THAT'S ENOUGH! Look at you! Your scaring all the children!

Children? What children? Goldy pressed the door button and everyone ran in. But when they do, they all fade away and six small shadows take their place. What? Each one had a different color glow around them. The colors surrounding me where purple, yellow, red, brown, silver and gold.

Their spirits of course? How else would they be alive right now? Look at them, they're all scared half to...well...they're all scared...

I looked at each one and the shadows show their eyes and their teeth. Creepy but, it's clear the fear across their faces.

They've been though so much....much more then you have....trust me....they're lust for revenge is what keeps them here....thus the reason they're shadows...they want revenge....on the man who took they're lives....
