Steph had to turn in early for something school related I believe so I went off to find my brother. He was patrolling the docks, which was the place I was told he claims as his area. We ended up patrolling together for the rest of that month, out by the docks and sometimes in Bludhaven. We were patrolling again together goofing off when Nightwing comed Hood. A holographic screen appeared on my brother's wrist,"what do you need wing?" asked Jason in a bord tone. I smacked his arm as more people appeared behind Nightwing. " We need help with something and as far as I know only you and I aren't on other missions." I nodded and poked my head into view of the screen. "Ok, " Wing smiled," hello I" I saluted. " Who are we helping?" I asked. Nightwing looked around," me, aqualad, artemis, kid flash, red arrow and superboy." I nodded. Red Hood nodded,"we will be there soon." Then ended the call. He grabbed my arm and walked us to the nearest zeta tube. "Red Hood***, Iris****" They announced as we walked through. There were the exact people Nightwing had said, waiting for us. I went and dragged Hood with me. Once in the little circle, I leaned against my brother who was standing next to Nightwing, while the others didn't look so sure about us being there. "Are you sure this is a good idea, Wing? Red Hood is a criminal and I have never heard of a superhero named Iris in my life." Kid Flash said, eyeing me and my brother. I scoffed," didn't you retire, how do I know an old man can keep up." He looked surprised as RH laughed along with RA. I stood up straight walking over to Kidflash, he tensed as I was almost in his face. "I hurd that you were suposed to be the talkative one but you have been only quiet. What's wrong I's got your tongue." He stayed quiet but Artemis didn't she pushed me away from KF. "What is your problem." She shouted. I only smiled." I don't have one but you seem to, because all you do is assume. I have been a hero for almost 7 years and my partner I no criminal." I backed away and walled around Conner," I can already tell I am going to like you." Je rose a brow but didn't say anything. I walked over to Kaldur,"my loyal guard. Did you like your birthday present?" Kaldur smiled," it is nice to see you again and yes I have already used it, what about you?" I took out my new knife and swung it around, "works great, I love it thanks Kal." I said as I hugged him. He hugged back. " man, you know everyone." Nightwing said. We parted and I went over to stand next to Roy and Jason, leaning against Roy this time. "What is the mission?" I asked turning my attention to Wing. "We have a charity event to watch tonight, the Dare company have a bomb threat." I nodded. "I am chosing to send in Iris and Connor. Everyone else will be watching from outside." I nodded once agai," come Connor, we must have clothes." ~TIME SKIP~ Me and Connor where ready and everyone else had all their gear they needed. "Ready Connor?" I asked as we walked up the steps of the event we were attending. He nodded and held his arm out to me and I lopped mine with his. The doors where wide open and we walked right in. Connor walked me around talking to anyone who came close. "Anything yet?" Connor asked into the coms in out ears. " nothing yet," RA called back through," yall look great though. " I giggled. Connor shook his head. We continued walking around with a girl with curly red hair and green eyes caught mine. Said girl squeeled and ran over engulfing me in a hug," what are you doing here?" I smiled," Hi Red, I am here with a freind of mine, wanted to attend some different events around the area." Rachel nodded then looked Connor up and down. "Rachel this is Connor Kent, Con this is Rachel Dare." They shook hands and we almost started a conversation before gas started feeling the room. I turned to Rachel but she too was smoking," this is your path now, Pesephone Jackson. You will help them when you are needed." Then Rachel fell to the ground, I turned to Connor who was looking around. " there is no threat other then the gas but it seems harmless." He spoke into the coms. I shook Rachel and she gasped," did I say something." I shook my head," nothing for you to worry about, let's continue with the event." She nodded as I relopped my arm with Connor and we walked off into the crowd. This was going to be a long night.
