➻║ "let me get this straight. This is the earth dimension, and we are.. Video game characters? We got here because.. You wished on a shooting star? How ironic." Scaramouche finally said, after you had finished explaining what earth was and how things worked. You conveniently left out what you were doing prior, they didn't need to know.
"But that doesn't explain why your house is such a dump! Please, clean more often!" Venti exclaimed. You gritted your teeth bitterly at him.
"On earth, that is an incredibly rude thing to say, Venti." You protested, glancing at the group in front of you. Only half of them listened to your detailed explanation.
"So what? Do we... Make you wish again for us to go back? Maybe we sho-" Childe began, before being cut off by Paimon "PAIMON WANTS TO SEE WHAT WE LOOK LIKE IN THE GAME!"
The rest of the group seemed quite taken back, especially Childe. "Erm, EX-SQEEZE YOU. I was speaking, fairy. I want to get back home!" He yelled, pausing before turning to you "no offense m'lady, you are an excellent hostess." You shook your head as a silent 'none taken!'.
"But.. Paimon thinks we can do that whenever! Paimon needs to see herself NOW!" Paimon protested back, bitching and complaining until you finally caved.
You sighed and finally nodded, agreeing to show them all their player cards and abilities. Paimon saw herself easily, and couldn't stop praising her 'photogenic features'.
"Look! Paimon looks like a Greek god!" The fairy cheered in joy, quickly shut down by scaramouche
"You look like a floating bimbly bitch. Shut up, fairy thing." He had snapped in much more of a grumble than a statement.
Qiqi saw herself next, and while she didn't say much, she smiled. Venti, however, was very vocal about his opinion on his character.
"I'm not that obsessed with alcohol!" "I look so good" "Woah, am I hot or what!"
He would exclaim, admiring his own character. Again, scaramouche had shot down his confidence with a backhanded compliment.
"Wow! I love how irrelevant you look." The two glared at each other for a moment.
Then came Kazuha, who gave little compliments and instead talked about how he wished he was shown in more casual clothing. When Chile saw himself, he absolutely lost it.
"HOLLY FUCK, I'M SMOKING HOT! SCARABOOB, ARE YOU SEEING THIS?! HOW AM I SINGLE!" Childe went on, praising himself to no end. For some reason, scaramouche seemed to quiet down. Maybe he agreed? I mean, You agreed too. You then groaned, covering your ears from his excessive yelling.
"Uhm, hellooo? Y/N? What about me?" Scaramouche asked, tapping your shoulder.
"Oh! Uh, you aren't playable until the first week of December so I can't really show you... I have images though!" You apologized, and opened your phone.
