Chapter 4: Just a Dream?

Before we begin, I'd like to announce that the rest of this month I may not be able to update at all due to my after school clubs and homework becoming more time consuming for this time. I will try to update on weekends and during the break to make up for it but in the meantime please be patient. 

Onto the chapter :)

Sun's POV:

"SUN!!"

I open my eyes to find Moon practically shaking me to death. He stops when he realizes I'm awake. "Oh thank Faz...I thought you died or something!"

"W-Wha- Died?" 

This is the tower room above the daycare, I notice.

"You kept mumbling on and on about something in your sleep. You said something about it being dark and cold then started muttering nonsense like you were in a conversation."

I then remember what I'd seen just a moment ago. I touch my finger tips to my throat, where I-...That thing had strangled me until unconscious. 

Moon gives me a worried look as I take in a shaky breath. "Sun, are you alright?" He asks and puts his hands on my shoulders. Still not looking him in the eye, I nod slowly. 

Gently, he uses his finger to lift my chin up so he can see my face. His expression is soft, something even I rarely see, "Are you sure? You know you can tell me anything." I feel myself blushing slightly.

"I'm f-fine, I promise," I manage to stutter. He lets go of me and sits down next to me instead, "Okay...Just know I'm always here if you need to talk."

We both sit in silence for a moment before I suddenly ask, "How long was I out?"

"Hm?"

Moon looked to be almost half-asleep, so instead he sat upright so that he wouldn't.

"How long was I offline, Moon?" I ask again. 

He stretches and yawns, "Uh,  just a few hours, nothing to worry about. We have a while before tomorrow arrives, so we could just relax for another few too."

After that nightmare I had, I didn't really feel like relaxing an falling back asleep. It didn't even feel like a dream; it just felt so real. I'm even still sore from it as well! 

"How about we do something instead?" I tilt my head slightly towards him. "Oh, like what?" He responds with his eyes closed and hands behind his head. I think for a second, "Just anything at all. As much as I enjoy spending time with you like this, I don't want to just sit here doing nothing for the rest of the night."

Moon sighs, "Is that so? Well I might have one thing in mind~" He turns my face towards him again, but this time he's much closer. My face immediately flushes a light orange, lighting up the room a little. 

"Moon...?"

I can feel his warm breath against my lips.

"Yes, Sunshine?"

I fluster at the nickname.  

"I-I...Um-"

We're just an inch away from each other.

"Shh~"

He leans in just a bit more and...

Boom! Another chapter is done! And we even have a cliffhanger too >:)

What will happen? I've got no clue but stick around for the next part to find out some time soon. Also I'd like to apologize for no posting for a few days, I've had club every day of the week and my schedule is cram packed with other things for this month. I'm planning on working extra hard to update during the break so I can make up for the absence.
