(Disclaimer: This only really describes his quirk, so I'm sorry about that... but I hope you like the way I am going about his quirk!)

The doctor walked back in, eyeing me.
"Is something wrong Doctor?" Inko asked the man.
The doctor shook his head and held up the results.
The paper should say this;
Quirk: Warden
Description: The user of this quirk can turn into a 12-foot creature suited for dimly lit places.
Abilities:
Warden: The ability to turn into a 12-foot creature.
Echolocation: Can use sound waves to create a mental image.
Strength enhancement: Strength, when in Warden form, is 5x Almight in his prime.
Speed: Max speed, when in Warden form. is 5x Almight in his prime.
Regen: Has a healing factor of 50x the normal human body. (No matter the form)
Glow: When in Warden form, a faint glow is emitted from the user.
Skulk: Can grow a plant-like thing called skulk when touching any inanimate object.
Skulk slime: Can create up to 4 small, slime-like beings which can communicate with the user through Skulk and act as a kind of seeing eye dog.
Earthquake: Can cause an earthquake-like event when the user slams their hands into the ground. The user can then, with practice, have the earthquake only affect those they are fighting (not allies).
Dig: Can burrow into the ground and leave no trace.
Sonic Boom: Ability to produce a loud, booming sound that can send people flying and cause massive damage.
Cons:
Blind: When in Warden form the user is unable to see.
Calm: The user is only able to change between forms when they are calm and in a happy state of mind for longer than 2 hours.
Rage: When enraged, the user automatically (if not already) turns into their Warden form and goes into a frenzy and will attack anything that moves.
Mute: When in Warden form, the user is unable to talk.
*Might gain more abilities/cons as the quirk grows*
Though because this is a new quirk, the paper only says this;

Abilities:
[Error]: [Data not found]
[Error]: [Bug]
Strength enhancement: Strength, when in [Error] form, is [redacted] in his prime.

Earthquake: [Error].
Dig: Can [Error].

Rage: When enraged the user [Error] goes into a frenzy and will attack anything that moves.

*[System malfunction]*
The doctor looked up at Inko as he finished reading the paper. "We can't find any info on your son's quirk, and based on what the computer came back with, it is likely very strong and dangerous." The doctor was side-eyeing Izuku, who was happily swinging his legs.
Inko looked at her son, me, who was now looking at her confused. "Come on, we are going home," she said, grabbing me by the arm and taking me out of the hospital.
*Time skip~~~ At the car*
Inko threw me into the car and sat down in the front seat before she started to drive.
"Mommy..?" I whimpered, sitting up before buckling into my seat.
"Shut." She snapped back.
We sat in silence the whole way home.
It was the worst.
However, what she did next was worse.
I will never forgive her.
