It's Behind The Red Eye [Cryptid]

Chapter 1

Days are getting shorter by the minute, we haven't been to an abandoned place for 2 years because of covid 19 but the boys and I were going to Point Pleasant, WV. USA, we are so excited to go there because not only are we abandoned but we're going to a town that starts all right from the beginning in 1966 the Mothman. But we're not hunting for Mothman just hunting for abandoned places

We are staying in Point Pleasant for a couple of weeks to see what's there and have fun with the Mythical creature. My guy friends want to believe this thing but they want proof of the creature and they want a Halloween event for the whole month of October of this year and I will be up for that challenge, just like my dad they believe in Bigfoot and a couple more cryptids like the night crawlers. Let's stop talking about the moth itself. Let's get into it, we're very excited to be there and to an old abandoned place that started with Germany making this place and using it until to the point where they have left the building to rot and abandon

There was a place that was nearby where Mothman was living in that abandoned building that Germany built and we agreed to go after "This place that we are going to have a cool but scary history" they were getting so excited about learning of the building "How far is Mothman building?"

"From the location that we are going is 20 minutes to get there but it will take all day to film for our YouTube Channels, we have to go tomorrow" they were thinking of going to the building tomorrow but there is so much to do. All of us were getting a little crazy in the car for a few minutes then finally we calmed down and we all agreed that the building can wait for another day and play it by year for this 2 week trip to Point Pleasant, we finally got to the abandoned building that not from Mothman place and get there fast before we get seen from the public eye

But the thing about the place is that it's owned by an old guy that used to live in the big city until he retired in his mid 50's and now lives here, we got into the building and then started exploring the place. It was so amazing inside that it wasn't long for the old man to catch up with us but he was cool and didn't mind us being here as long as we don't destroy the building

The guy's name was John and he just hung out with us and also talked about the place and its history of it but I think he was making sure we don't do anything stupid and stayed out of trouble. Halfway through the exploration of the place, there was an alarm going off and we thought of the police "That means police are coming?" John was laughing and shaking his head "It's Mothman alarm system went off, it means that he is nearby the building and we need to hide right now" they all went into hiding from it. Then the game begins and for the creature to go "How long do we have to stay John?" He says that it might take a few minutes, hours, or even days for the beast to go because sometimes he camps out here and hangs out for a little bit then leaves. He comes and goes wherever he wants

Now knowing that this thing comes here when it pleases. We started to hear the sounds of the beast walking around and making weird sounds out of the beast. It's getting louder and louder, he was getting closer and closer, able to smell them. Knowing the feeling that the creature is right behind us, hearing of the breathing getting loud "Don't look into its red eyes and stay calm, it can smell fear" John said quietly

It came right up between me and my friend, it was making some little sounds and the breathing was intense. The wings were moving weirdly then it backed off and lifted the building, we finished the rest of the exploration and then thanked John and the Mothman for looking at the place. We went back to the hotel but on the ride there it was quiet, we were all scared and still in shock for what happened back there in that building and no one wants to talk about the experience that we had "Awesome building" they all agreed and didn't say more than that "Let's not tell anybody about this or even mention this ever again okay" we all agreed on that. It was a scary moment for us in our lives forever

We were there for not even 3 days and the boys wanted to go to the next town for abandoned places I didn't blame them for leaving so early on the trip because of the experience that we all had back there at the building and so we hop back in the car then get some gas and go to our next adventure to make better and fun memories together, to leave the creature behind us now and go to  Alabama

Over time, Though traveling the country of the US was hard because of the quarantine for 2 weeks and it's messing up everything, the boys are at the point where they don't want to do this but they want videos for their channels. I told them if they want to stop for a little while and break from it then start in a couple of months but if they wanted to finish the trip then stop for a while and take a break from YouTube that way we all can see our family and friends go to. In the future, they want to find Bigfoot with their dads and I'm going for a ride and then having a little fun with them especially believing in a big hairy beast with big feet just like they do in real life

I know that in the back of their minds that the Mothman is playing over and over again. I'm not the only one who thinks of it 24/ 7 days, I wanted to keep going back there and learn about this creature but I know that my guy's friend won't go back with me to see it for the last time ever again for a long and long time to come
