It has been two days since I asked Thomas about the song. Alby is getting quite annoyed because he doesn't do any real work, but at the same time he knows that this might be our way out.

Today, I decided to go ask him about it, seeing as Alby starts shouting at me.

"Hello Thomas," I greet with a smile, looking over his shoulder. "How is it going?"

He sighs before looking at me. "I have a small piece." He sighs again as he hands me the piece of paper. "I guess you should ask someone else."

I look at the handwriting, but I can't remember the writing on the note. I will look at it soon.

"It is sweet that you tried." I tell him. "Thanks." I give him a pat on his shoulder with a smile before running to Newt.

He is helping Teresa. His hands are bound over hers as he helps her shuffle the new seeds.

I stop running and just watch them for a moment, He is smiling brightly as she tries her best.

My newfound smile falters when he starts laughing because of her. 'Come on, Vanessa, get over yourself.' I think to myself.

"Newt," I shout, getting his attention.

"Give me a moment," He tells Teresa with a smile, and a pat on her shoulder. He walks to me, the smile still on his face.

"Do you have it?" He asks when he reaches me. I hand him the note, which he inspects carefully.

"Is it a match?" He asks.

"I don't know yet, we will have to get the note to see if it is a match."

He hands me back the lyrics to Tom's song.

"Good luck, then." He says, he gives me another smile and just walks off. He returns to Teresa, immediatly putting his arms around hers, and grabbing her hands and the hoe.

I feel anger towards Teresa, while I know that she has done nothing wrong. She is just learning a job, why so angry?

I don't know... She is rather beautiful. Those light blue eyes and the amazing black curls. Here I am with my boring brown hair and brown/green eyes.

Basic.

I sigh before turning around. I want to run, just run everything away. Plus, I could loose some of that fat around my stomach.

I mean, look at Teresa. She is amazingly thin. She has a beautiful body...

I drop the lyrics in an assigned room in the Homestead. The room I slept in the first night here.

"Did you get it?" Minho asks behind me, in the doorway.

"Yeah, we only have to compare." I answer. He walks a litte closer to me, placing his hand on my shoulder.

"You okay?" He asks. "You look sad."

"No worry, Minho. I am fine, I swear." I flash him a smile, before walking around him and out of the room.

"I am going to run, got to keep my condition up." I tell him before running down the stairs and ino the Glade.

I start running around the Glade, near the walls. Only leaving the stone when the deadheads come to view.

After running for a long time -In which Newt hasn't even given me a small glance- I stop.

My head full of sweat, and breathing heavy.

"Vanessa, you should eat something." Frypan tells me when he stands next to me. He takes me to the kitchen and places me on a chair.

He gives me some food, which I start eating slowly. He places a drink on the table next to me.

"You have to stay hydrated, especially when you run as much as you do." He tells me. His voice announces that he doesn't really like me, but he wants to look out for me as well.

"Thank you, Fry." I say with a small smile. "You don't seem to like me, do you?" I take another bite, not looking at the boy who I just asked a question.

"Well, you have your annoying moments." He announces, only to let a small smile cross his face immediatly. "Yet, doesn't everyone."

I smile at him, while finishing the bread he gave me. "Are we okay?" I ask, receiving a comfirming nod.

"Thank you for looking out for me, by the way."" I tell him before leaving the small shed and walking into the Glade again.

I would be the perfect time to match the two handwritings now, if it is a match we don't have to get Teresa's handwriting at all.

I walk into the room in the Homestead, grabbing the piece of paper with the unfinished song, and make my way to the small blue and green box. I rumage through it, checking all the pockets of all the pants in there, but finding nothing.

A slight panick starts getting over me, but I force myself to look further.

After looking through the whole box I start inspecting the room. Once again, coming up with nothing. Thomas's lyrics falls down to the ground from my hand as my eyes widen.

Someone took the note, and now I had to find out who did it.
