A/N: - There is a little bit of angst, not in the relationship though. The reader is stressed from work and is a bit insecure about their performance
- Suga is kinda in Mama-Mode. Now, don't get me wrong; I hate the fanon-version of Suga, which is portrayed on Youtube (f.e.), so I tried to keep it down a bit. He's just really caring and supportive.
- Can definitely be read by anyone. There aren't any pronouns mentioned, but there are two versions: A feminine version where Suga calls the reader "Mommy" and a masculine version with "Daddy". I didn't know what could be a gender-neutral term for it, so if a non-binary person has suggestions, you can write them in the comments so I can make a third version.

The past few months have been difficult, to say the least. The only activity you seem to be engaged in is working...constantly. Being a manager at the airport is incredibly valuable. However, they are firing a lot of people now that Covid spread, which is stressful. They might approach you at any time, and tell you to leave. You couldn't afford that. If you could just try your best and not make any mistakes, everything would be perfect. But that is difficult when nothing goes as planned. Your lovely boyfriend, Suga, has tried to support you by making you tea as you work late into the night on your laptop or simply by cuddling up to you, both of which you greatly enjoy. Sometimes all you need to relax is to have your angel by your side.

You've been sitting at your desk for a while due to the list's specifics, and since you already leave work very late, it's now midnight. You are therefore somewhat startled when the door creaks open and you hear delicate footsteps coming your way. Suga is visible when you move your head to the side, standing next to your desk, and holding a cup of hot chocolate. He places it on the desk.

"Angel..."

"Thought you could use something sweet."

"You should be in bed." He sits on your lap after you urge him to do so by grabbing the side of his thigh.

He pouts, "Then come with me."

You frown and shake your head. "I can't."

"Yes, you do. You are not even required to do any work like this."

"But my performance at my actual job tomorrow will improve because of my work today ."

Suga envelops your neck with his arms as he sighs in resignation. You smile as you give him a gentle kiss on the neck.

"I appreciate the cacao." Another kiss follows, this time on his cheek. "But you need to get some sleep."

"No, I won't go." You've always admired Koushi's commitment to helping others and his fierce determination. However, you are also concerned since he isn't thinking as much about himself as he should be.

"Koushi."

"Stop with that voice! I will wait until you're done here."

You groan and rest your head against his neck, savoring his comforting aroma.
