Fifteen minutes later, Hunter was standing in front of a flower shop that he found on Google maps.

It was a quaint, small shop with a cozy-looking inside and large windows that the sunlight streamed in.

He opened the door and the bell rang for the door to signal someone had entered.

The walls were adorned with flowers and plants of so many kinds that it was quite jumbled. They were on shelves, on stands, hanging from the ceilings, everywhere. In the back centre was a desk, but there was no-one behind it.

Hunter nervously walked up to the desk and dinged the bell on there for service. When there was no sign of anyone, he cautiously said "Hello? Can I buy some flowers here?" A few moments passed and a door opened to the back of the shop and from it emerged a girl.

She was around his age, was shorter than him and had a round face with gold-rimmed rounded spectacles falling down the ridge of her nose. She had blue-green eyes that sparkled and long, black hair tied into two braids. Her white blouse and green skirt was stained with dirt and she was carrying a potted plant with numerous pink flowers. In Hunter's opinion, she was a very pretty sight.

"Sorry for the wait, sir!" the girl panted, setting down the potted plant on the desk next to the till. "We've just been getting in some new plants for this new buisness, so we've had our hands quite full." She wiped the back of her hand on her forehead to get rid of the sweat.

"Oh, no worries, no worries," Hunter said, waving his hand awkwardly. "I don't mind, really."

"So what can I do for you?"

"Uhhh, I'm not really sure," Hunter said truthfully. "I've just moved into an apartment and I wanna brighten it up a bit, y'know?"

"We can work with that!" the girl said optimistically. "We got a bunch of flowers here that you can have." She started walking around the shop pointing things out.

"If you want a really bright flower I would recommend sunflowers, but they're not too good for an apartment. You can get petunias, they're nice ones, or lilies..."

This went on for a while, and Hunter suddenly fell out of interest with what she was saying. He just liked hearing her voice. It was soothing in a way, like he could listen to it for hours.

"Aaaaand I think that's everything!" she said clapping her hands together. "What are we thinking, sir?"

"What are those?" Hunter queried, gesturing to the pink flowers that she carried in.

"Oh? Oh yeah, those are asters. My personal favorite actually. They represent love, sensitivity-"

"I'll take them!" Hunter said.

"..Okayy! Someone's pretty keen! You can just take this pot then," the girl said handing Hunter the flower pot from her desk. "That'll be $13.50."

Hunter handed her the money and said, "Thanks, i'll be on my way now."

As he turned to head out, the girl put her hand on his shoulder.

"Wait, do you want my buisness card?"

"Oh! S-sure!" She handed him a small card.

"'Willow Park'? Is that your name?"

"Duh, what else would it be? Call me if you need help with the plants or anything alright?"

"Sure, I'll see you around then Miss Park."

"Please, call me Willow. I'll see you...?"

"Hunter. Hunter Noceda."

"Well, I'll be seeing you Hunter!"

Hunter walked back to his apartment feeling slightly lightheaded. He'd have to thank Luz later for suggesting the flowers is for sure.
