13: the end

''My lord, where is Megatron?'' Ultra Magnus asked Optimus. 

''Megatron is ending the war.'' Optimus said while the Decepticons entered. 

''What do you mean?'' Freezeswitch who had heard them talk asked. 

''You will see.'' Optimus said. 

With Megatron

''You haven't gotten out of shape.'' Megatron said to Sentinel as he stood up from where he was thrown. 

''But it won't help you.'' He added as he unsheated his sword and started attacking, until then he had only defended himself. Now that he was also attacking Sentinel was driven back into a corner, then Alpha trion stabbed Megatron in the back with his sword. 

''Don't you understand?'' Megatron asked while he was breathing heavily. 

''You will never defeat me!'' He shouted as he took the sword out of his back and started attacking Alpha Trion with it, he had quickly sliced of Alpha Trion's legs. 

''Ahhhh!!!'' The old bot shouted in pain, then Megatron sliced of Sentinel's head. 

''Was it worth it?'' Alpha Trion asked him. 

"Yes, and I would do it again" Megatron answered as he stabbed the librarian in the spark, then he grabbed the container walked through the groundbridge Smokescreen had opened for him and collapsed. 

With Optimus 

As soon as Optimus heard a groundbridge open he headed towards where it opened, when they heard a crash the rest decided to follow him. Then they saw Megatron unconscious on the floor bleeding heavily. 

''Quickly get him to med-bay.'' Optimus ordered as Bulkhead lifted him and dragged him to med-bay, with Knockout following him as he perhaps could help. 

''Here it is.'' Optimus said as he grabbed the container. 

''What is that?'' Starscream asked him. 

''This container contains Unicron's spark.'' The Prime answered. 

''What about Megatron?'' Airachnid asked him. 

''He survived worse, he will be fine.'' Optimus answered although he didn't sound like he believed himself. 

With Ratchet

"What do you think?" Ratchet asked Knockout. 

"I'm not sure if he will make it." Knockout answered. 

"He has to make it, without him Optimus will go on a rampage." Ratchet said softly. 

"What do you mean?" Knockout asked confused. 

"He means that I am the only one that can make sure he doesn't lose his mind." Megatron who had just awoken said. 

"Save your strenght." Ratchet said while he gave Megatron some painkillers. 

After a couple hours

"He will be fine." Knockout said as he came out of med-bay, Optimus immediately walked inside as Knockout tried to stop him he was stopped by Ratchet. 

"Let them talk, they're like brothers." He said while putting a hand on Knockout's shoulder. 

In med-bay 

"So you do care about me." Megatron said with a smirk.

"Even though I would never admit it, yes I do." Optimus said with a smile. 

"I killed them." Megatron said softly. 

"Who?" Optimus asks suprised, he knew that something had happened inside of Unicron but he didn't What. 

"Alpha Trion and Sentinel Prime." Megatron answered, his voice barely more than a whisper. 

"Sentinel?!" Optimus asked suprised. 

"But he was dead " he added. 

"Well, now he certainly is." Megatron said softly. 

"You had no choice." Optimus said while he put his hand on his friends shoulder. 

"There is always a choice." Megatron said softly
