Okay, I just wanted to point of the fact that Kenric didn't like caches. He asked Prentice to be his personal Keeper because he thought the whole cache system was broken

I almost wish Prentice agreed, because that would have made everything a lot easier for Sophie and the Council. They could've just gone to the Keepers for questions about Stellarlune instead of trying to search everywhere
And for the record? Caches don't make sense to me either. They just lock away their secrets and no one remembers them.

That's really inefficient? How does that accomplish anything?? Now you just know nothing.
Also, what was that thing with the poor gnome? The first memory that was in Kenric's cache was about the gnome, and Bronte just took over the project. What? Was that the first time the gnomish plague ever manifested? And why did they hide it? And who started it?
