I knew giving him a A.I chip level 3 AND a self learning CPU wasn't my best idea. I developed a system where the lower the level of A.I chip the less self control they have which means less independence, but for a horde commander it made sense to give him a higher level... but I made the mistake of giving him a CPU that learns, adapts, and overcomes."
A camera shows the doctor on his desk as he rambles on. The slight nervousness in his voice could be heard a mile away.
"I remember the first incident something like this happened, look at incident rocket metal sonic or mecha mk29 for more details. He had a level 4 A.I chip. He was supposed to be in charge of most space operations but one day he stopped sending reports..."
Eggman had to stop for a minute. Deep down he did felt more of a emotional connection with the hedgehog series robots. It made him sad that he had to even do this again.
"That incident was taken care of but now its happening again when it never should have. There was the neo metal sonic incident. But ill be honest I should've expected it... every time he was about to beat him id call him back! I want the hedgehog gone but everything he's about to finally be wiped from existence its like I cant let them or myself finish the job!"
Eggman couldn't hold it in anymore. One single tear escaped his eyes.
"But no! I have done so much! This rebelling mechanical monster will not defeat me. I have helped make perfect chaos! I've made the metal virus! So this is nothing compared to what I've done and what I. Will. Do!"
