Joe
When it was time to wake up, I remembered that it was also time for me to head back to the airport and get back to work. I really hated having to leave Chloe, especially after what just happened with her when it came to Joshua barging in and trying to traumatize her once more.

I hated that bastard so much with every fiber of my being and I'd do anything it takes to protect Chloe. Even if it meant I had to take his life someday.

While Chloe prepared the both of us some breakfast, I started to pack my belongings into my suitcase and duffel bag before catching my flight in a couple of hours. I looked over at the empty bedside and thought of doing something special for Chloe before I had to leave.

I found my small, plain white shirt with the Jordan logo plastered in the middle that I haven't worn in awhile; still clean, and also had the smell of my cologne strongly all over it. I knew she was going to miss me and I wanted to let her have something of mine before I had to leave back to work.

I sat up from the bed after placing my shirt at her bedside. Of course, I wasn't going to say anything. I loved surprising her with the smallest of things since she's not that much of a materialistic-type, it was more of a relief. Before heading into the kitchen, I wrote a small note for her on the nightstand.

After writing the note, I made my way into the kitchen and the delicious aroma of bacon, eggs, and even panikeke being cooked on the oven lingered around my nose. She learned how to cook Panikeke so quickly, and I loved that. However, I surprised her with a small hug from behind, resting my chin against her shoulder and took her by surprise.

"That smells amazing, baby."

"Thank you." She replied.

I took a seat and waited for Chloe to finish with breakfast. In the meantime, I messaged Colby about our feud and how I'd be at the airport later during the day. For now, I was going to enjoy the last couple of hours together.

Chloe sat our plates down on the table and we enjoyed our small breakfast session together. I was already beginning to miss her and I couldn't wait to head back to Toronto someday to spend more time with her. Thankfully, I bought Chloe and Emma some ringside tickets so they could watch me wrestle and I could be with her again after my match. Even for the Royal Rumble and WrestleMania.

Two hours had passed and I said my goodbyes and made it over to the Toronto Airlines. I took a seat in my huge private jet, threw my travel pillow around my neck, and relaxed for the next couple of hours until it was time to land.

Chloe
After Joe and I said our goodbyes for now, I went back to my bedroom to clean up the mess that we both made over the past couple of days. After glancing around the bedroom, I noticed a familiar white shirt that was placed on my pillow and a small note on my nightstand.

"Chloe, I know you'll miss me once I'm back at work and I wanted to leave one of my favorite shirts here with you until I came back. I love you so much and I'll be back as soon as possible.
- Joe"

Once I read the small note, I smiled and threw on his shirt for the day. While it was my day off from work, I insisted on calling up Emma and hanging out with her for the day at the house.

"Hello?"

"Hey girl! I miss you so much."

"I miss you too, Emma." I paused, "Hey, do you wanna come over? I have a few things that I need to tell you."

"Okay, sure. I'll be over there in a few minutes. I was doing some last-minute shopping at Target."

I chuckled, "Take your time! I'll be here."
