Chapter 12

Shinsou couldn't sleep last night, he tossed and turned and all he could think about was visiting his brother. He finally couldn't stay in his bed anymore so at 5 am he went to have a shower so he didn't look like death. He dried his hair and put on concealer to hide his eye bags. He wore ripped jeans with a dark blue shirt. He went down to the living room area and turned on the tv waiting for everyone else to wake up. Of course Yamada was the first to come down to start to make breakfast. They had their normal breakfast routine.

" I'm the one taking you if that's okay" Aizawa said as went to the door and he slid on his boot.

" Yeah, that's fine," Shinsou said as he followed Aizawa's example. Aizawa led him to a black car before he got in. The drive was quiet, Shinsou liked how Aizawa wasn't trying to make small talk. He fidgets and picked at his nail nervously before Aizawa reached over and patted his arm gently.
" We could do this another day," he said as Shinsou shook his head.

"No, I want to do this now" he mumbled, knowing if he didn't do it today he would keep putting it off.
They pulled into the parking lot of the jail, Shinsou got out of the car and he followed Aizawa to the visiting area. They signed in and got a name tag before they were brought into a room. Since Shinsou was still a minor, Aizawa had to be in the room with him. It didn't take long before they brought in Naoki.

" You have thirty minutes, " the guard said before standing by the door. Naoki smiled as he pulled Shinsou into a hug.

"Hitoshi, I'm so glad to see you. You've gotten bigger. Almost as tall as me" Naoki pulled away and ruffled Shinsou's hair as they sat down.

"I'm happy to see you too. It's been awhile" he said almost shyly.

"Who's this man with you?" His brother asked.

"He's my teacher, he's in charge of the dorm I'm in. He is also trying to get custody of me, " Shinsou said as he bit his lip.

"So he's nice and treats you okay? If so he's a lot better than Hina" he said as he glanced over at Aizawa.

" Yes he does." Shinsou said.

"I know you said he's trying to get custody but once I get out of here and have a job then a place to stay. Do you want to live with me and Ren?" Naoki asks.

" maybe but I don't want to be in you guys way" he mumbled.

" nonsense you're never in the way. Just think about it.

"Visit time is up" the guard said as Naoki hugged Shinsou again. " Come see me anytime and call when you call, I love you" Naoki said.

" I will. I love you too" Shinsou said with a smile, he was glad he came out to see his brother. He felt better knowing what was going on.

They got back to the dorm and Denki was waiting for Shinsou, Aizawa left them alone to talk.

" How did it go?" Denki asked as he bounced on the balls of his feet.

" It went well, thanks." Shinsou said as he felt lighter.

"Do you want to go on a walk?" Denki asked and Shinsou agreed. They walked to the edges of the woods where a big oak tree was and Denki pulled Shinsou down to sit together.

"So um. I'm going to be straightforward. I would like you to be my boyfriend" denki rambled as Shinsou blushed.

" I think I would like that too" he mumbled as they enjoyed being in each other's company. They were outside for a while, but they had to go in for dinner. Denki and Shinsou entered the kitchen, holding hands.

" oooh is it official?" Sero asked with a grin from his seat beside Todoroki.

"Yes bro it is" Denki said sitting down with Shinsou.
