After Rui ended up in a mysterious girl's house for reasons unknown, things went downhill
Rui wanted Tsukasa to take care of himself instead of worrying about him and broke up with him
Out of guilt, Rui cut his wrist to ease the toll on his emotions, thinking how he's a useless individual, causing him to pass out in the process, endangering his life
Suddenly zoning out has let Tsukasa see something that made him somewhat worried and he ran off while talking to Emu, which in turn saved Rui
While on his way to check on Rui, Tsukasa had gotten hit by a car, causing him to be in a coma for two days
When Tsukasa woke up, he forgot everything that happened during that week where everything had happened and thought he had been in a coma for a whole week instead of two days, but Emu explained everything that had happened during that week, when Tsukasa decided to stop faking his true emotions, he found out those emotions had long been gone
Mizuki had been observing Tsukasa and had been sending to Rui how Tsukasa is doing, turns out Rui has been hiding at Mizuki's
SEKAI was a half-empty mess, but a song went through to Tsukasa and it managed to stabilize SEKAI and slightly restore his emotions. Miku then revealed that for Tsukasa's emotions to come back, they would need to find Rui and have their relationship to be fixed
Chapters 10-12
Nene had found Rui but ended up getting caught into a fire, Rui had saved Nene but insists Nene runs away first
Nene then leads Tsukasa and Emu to where Rui is, Tsukasa then carries Rui to the hospital. In the process, his emotions are restored
When Rui woke up, Tsukasa tried to run but Rui insists Tsukasa stays with him and manages to fix their relationship as Emu and Nene watches from a distance
Alternative chapters 10-12 (What actually happened)
Nene managed to get Rui out of the fire and calls Emu, Rui ran away with an opportunity
Rui contemplates to himself and thought he should fix everything, and messages Tsukasa to meet him at the park
Rui then apologized to Tsukasa for running away, after which their relationship gets fixed along with Tsukasa's emotions
On a date, Emu sees them in the cafe and decides to third wheel the two
SEKAI had been repaired, Then Nene joins them
Out of embarrassment from a little 'accident' upon Nene's arrival, Tsukasa and Rui leave SEKAI and stroll through the park, which then they share their first kiss while Emu and Nene watch from a distance and took photos.
