perfect people, different realms | Hunter x Reader (starts at Thanks to Them)

Chapter 1 -Introductions-

  You were sleeping silently, not peacefully, but silently. You couldn't help but wonder if your friend Luz was okay. You knew she had her phone but you didn't know if it broke, if she could text, or if it died. Even though it had been multiple months and Camila had already told you that she was safe, that was a few weeks ago. Anything could've happened since then.

  You were almost asleep when you got a text from Luz.

L: GET OVER HERE RIGHT NOW BESTIE

Y/N: ITS REALLY YOU?!

L: YES IM BACK!! 🎉

You were two years older than her so you had your drivers license and promptly drove over to her house. You texted her:

Y/N: IM HERE!

You rung the Noceda houses doorbell, half drenched. You thought it was too good to be true, this was a lucid dream maybe.

Until you heard the swift stomping footsteps of a girl. Before you knew it, Luz was standing in front of you, hyper, and squeezing you to death. You didn't really care though, you hugged her back and started crying in front of her.

Y/N: Oh my gosh, it feels amazing to see your face. Are you hurt?!

L: No, Im not, but i want you to meet all the friends i made in the Boiling Isles. I GOT A GIRLFRIEND TOO! But i still need to tell mama.

Y/N: -gasps- Ok next chance we get, you're telling me every single detail about her. And i'm sure your mom will be supportive with it.

Luz ran to the other room and briefly told her friends that you were here, and you were friendly. Camila and Vee came up to you and hugged you when Luz first mentioned your name, you hadn't been over in a while so they were glad to see you.

Stood before you at a table was a girl with purple hair, a girl with blue hair, a shorter boy with dark hair, and a boy with blonde hair and a scar on his face. The girl with purple hair must have been Luz's girlfriend. They were so freaking cute together.

Y/N: Uhm, Hi I'm Y/N, Luz's friend.

There weren't any seats left so you stood and listened to the whole story on how they came to be here, and why they needed to go back.

You only half paid attention to the story, you were trying to figure out which of them seemed fully trustworthy, and who was who.

The purple haired girl was pretty obviously Luz's girlfriend since they were holding hands. Luz is usually the one who trusts a friend more, but not everyone was willing to trust Luz. But once you get to know her shes very lovable. The blue haired girl seemed friendly and optimistic, but definitely introverted. The shorter boy was very enthusiastic and interested in the human world, I like him. The blonde boy was cute appearance wise but seemed quiet and closed off, not sure if i trust him.

  Once you all were settled, Luz told everyone they could go to her room and just relax. You guys ended up playing monopoly and got to know each other better. You learned all their names too. You had seen the Hunter guy look at you a few times, then swiftly looking back down, slightly red on his pointy ears. Then you snapped back to reality

Gus: I ALREADY TOLD YOU, I ROLLED A DOUBLE, IM OUT OF JAIL.

Luz: WELL IT WASN'T EVEN YOUR TURN.

Y/N: Ok, how about we just let him pay his way out of jail?

Amity: Thats a thing? And also what would Gus do thats that bad?

Luz: HE TOOK MY RAILROAD!

Hunter: I agree with Y/N, let him pay his way out, some rich people do that in the Boiling Isles.

Willow: Yea

Gus: WOO, outta jayal (ik its spelt wrong)

Then suddenly you realized that you needed to text your (favorite/parental/figure), since you were gone for so long.

Y/N: Hey, at Luz's house. Camila found her and i'll be staying the night, is that ok?

F/P/F: Yea is Luz doing ok?

Y/N: Yes just a bit shaken up right now. Love you.

Hunter: Whats that?

Y/N: Its my phone, Luz has one too.

Hunter: Cool, and are everyones ears round here?

You chuckled.

Y/N: Yea, are everyones ears pointy in the Boiling Isles?

Both of you chuckled that time. He seemed nicer than when you first met him. A few minutes later Luz said that you, Gus, and Hunter were going to be sleeping in the basement and the rest of them in her room.

(First story and my first chapter! its possible absolutely no one will see this but if someone has an idea for something to happen lmk)
