Chapter 2 -Basement and Movies-

To be entirely honest, you didn't care where you slept. You'd probably end up texting Luz about her relationship with Amity late at night and Gus and Hunter were pretty cool for witches from another dimension.

You were getting your blankets on the floor set out nice and even when you saw Gus and Hunter struggling to lay out the blanket that wasn't in weird symbols.

Y/N: Um are you okay?

Hunter: Yea, were just casting a glyph Luz showed us to help with warmth.

Camilas food is amazing but seriously what did she put in it.

Y/N: Ok well if you want to be comfortable then maybe lay it out like this.

You grabbed Hunters hands and helped him flap the blanket to lay it out flat with a softer blanket on the bottom. Gus followed along with your movements. Hunter didn't say a word for a good minute. You knew he definitely didn't fully trust you but he was never really quiet for this long, especially around his friends.

Y/N: Gus, is this normal?

You pointed at the frozen boy with a blush on his face.

Gus: Hey, would you mind stepping out for a minute, Y/N?

Y/N: Sure

You ran upstairs to Luz, Willow, Amity, and Vee. You opened the door and saw crushed alarm clock pieces on the floor in front of you. This is fine.

Y/N: So Hunter kinda just blanked for like five minutes straight, is that normal?

Luz: HUNTER!!

Y/N: Seriously, is this normal?

Hunters's POV

Y/N grabbed my hands and motioned them up and down to lay the blanket flat out. I blushed so hard but i had no idea what to do. I just sat there, paused, the same stupid look on my face. I could hear Y/N's muffled talking along with Gus and before I knew it Y/N was headed towards Luz's room and all there was stood Gus kneeled down by me when I finally snapped back.

Gus: Finally! Dude do you like her?

I nodded slowly. Then Luz came running down the stairs.

Luz: IS BELOS BACK IN YOUR MIND?!

Gus: WHAT?!

Hunter: NO!

Luz: Ok good, do you like Y/N by the way?!

Hunter: Ughh, is it THAT obvious?

Luz: Well you're constantly blushing, starring at her, and Gus literally teased you about it like ten minutes ago.

Gus: But honestly good for you, she seems really nice!

Luz: Ok how about I turn on a horror movie so she might happen to jump or hold onto the person next to her?

Hunter: But what if she's uncomfortable or decides to move?

Luz: You and me are closest to her right now, but i'll be next to Amity and she wouldn't do anything. Ready?

I nodded, damn she's dedicated.

Luz: OK GET DOWNSTAIRS WERE GONNA WATCH A SCARY MOVIE!!

Gus: Oh, is a movie those things that can change their skin color to blend in?

Luz: You'll see, Gus, you'll see

I watched as the door slowly opened and the three girls came out, Y/N looking amazing as ever. I could feel the heat rise to my face but snapped back when Gus elbowed me.
