Jungkook POV

I sighed as I just casually sat one of the counters, watching the sun rise from the window. It looked so pretty and.. pretty.

Today was such a beautiful day yet I had to spend it in this house like I do all the time. I really don't even know how many years it's been since I died in this same house.

I hoped from the counter, floating over to the clock, seeing it was 7:49, not that it matters though cause I have nothing to run late for or even attend.

Ever since I died, my spirit has only been able to stay at this house, I can't even step out the door without it burning which sucks.

It would at least be fun if I had a housemate or something, but instead I end up scaring people either out of boredom or just on accident. I really wish I was alive, it's been so long since I talked a human, well anything really.

I have been all alone in this big house for so long. All I know is I woke up one day, thinking everything was fine until 2 days later, officers came to search the house only for my mother, father and older brother to start crying when they heard the sentence,

'I'm sorry, Mrs and Mr. Jeon, we did not manage to find Jeon Jungkook's body.'

That was when I was revealed to me that, I was dead and not coming back to live, stuck in this house. No matter how much I screamed for my family to hear and see me, cause humans can't see ghost.

"This is the house." I heard the oddly familiar voice of a woman, immediately knowing it was Mrs. Kim, the real estate agent who usually show people around the house for as long as I was dead. I immediately rushed to the entrance to see what was going on.

There was of course the old lady, Mrs. Kim, who was somewhere in her late 30's. But the person who really caught my eyes was a girl with glowing brown skin and long black curly braids. She was absolutely stunning from head to toe, the leggings she wore showing off her figure with the help of the black crop top, all topped with a red and black bomber jacket.

I came up to the girl, interested in her, maybe she could stay.

"This house doesn't work like other house as I'm sure you have been told. There consist of 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 4 bathrooms if you count the ones in the rooms, and 4 bedrooms." Mrs. Kim told the girl.

"Let's start with the first living room, shall we?" Mrs. Kim took the lead as the girl followed while still looking around. I sped through her, wanting to see her reaction knowing it would be like everyone else.

The girl slightly arched her back, squirming as she lifted the jacket over her shoulder before pressing her lips together, hurrying to catch up with Mrs. Kim.

"Oh, there you are, almost thought I lost you." Mrs. Kim exclaimed once the 2 almost ran into each other, I laughing at it while sitting on the counter.

"Sorry, I got distracted." The girl spoke for the first time.

That's when I could finally stop saying my favorite sound in the world was the beach at the kindergarten circle and say it was the sound of the beautiful mysterious girl.

"So this is the 1st living room, the last family left their furniture behind" I laughed as I remembered the reason why.

The last family that was here about 3 years ago consisted of 2 daughters and 1 son. The younger daughter was 2 years old and could indeed see me and always wanted to be a snitch. The family was actually surprised one day to see me, well, a invisible force drag a doll across the floor as the girl scooted it towards me. They immediately left the other day. Sweet memories.

"Oh." The girl said quietly.

"Well that would be the end. Any questions?" Mrs. Kim asked.

"Well, actually, yes. I heard that something happened in this house in 2002 and I was wondering what it was." The girl said. Mrs. Kim nervously bit her lip. I smirked knowing the reason why, she was afraid that if she told her about it that she wouldn't buy the house.

"Well, back in 1983, a 7 year old boy went missing, nobody knew anything, who he was with, where he was, nothing. And with such little evidence, the case was closed, not even knowing if the boy was dead or flee'd from his parents." I saddened after hearing my story for the first time again after years.

"Why would they close the case? He had to be with someone." The girl asked curiously.

"They claimed that there wasn't enough evidence but the law enforcement wasn't as strong as it was back then, especially with all this technology these days, y'know? How old are you anyways? You seem pretty young?" Mrs. Kim teased the girl.

"2001" The girl said.

"Right. So you should be the new owner in a fews day, right?" The girl nodded.

"Well, here's the key so you can continue looking around, make sure to lock up when you're done, anything could happen. Enjoy your house, Zaylyn." Mrs. Kim handed her the key as she smiled.

'Zaylyn'

I thought, I've never heard the name but it had a nice ring to it that I found pretty although she didn't look like a Zaylyn, but, hey, did I even look like a Jungkook? Probably not.

The girl, Zaylyn as she is now known as, looked around. For a second, I felt like our eyes connected, making eye contact but I knew it was impossible, she couldn't even see me.

She sat down on the 2nd floor living room before pulling her phone out, calling somebody as it rang.

"You were supposed to call me like 2 hours ago you daughter of a bitch!" Jungkook looked at the phone with a question and looked at the voice and immediately yelled out.

"I know, I know, I'm sorry. But I got a nice tour around the house, it's pretty big but I'm sure I told you that already." Zaylyn told the boy over the phone.

"Great. Me and Jin are gonna help you move the furniture inside, and Namjoon acting like he ain't gonna help with his hulk built ass self and don't even get me started with Yoongi's lazy ass. Jin's not helping because he's cooking dinner which is kind of fair." The boy over the phone said as Zaylyn giggled.

New favorite sound unlocked.

I tried to sit next to Zaylyn, wanting to be closer to her but instead ended up knocking her wallet over. Oh shit not again.

Zaylyn looked at her wallet before looking around.

"What happened?" The boy asked over the phone.

"Nothing. My wallet just fell out of nowhere" She picked up the wallet off the floor.

"Sounds like some hunted house shit." The boy on the phone said.

"Shut up." Zaylyn said.

"I was just saying." The boy said in defeat.

"Well I'm finna leave, the faster we move the stuff in, the faster we can play hide and seek in a mansion." Zaylyn laughed as she got up.

"Bitch, say less." The boy hung up.

"Well, shit, bye to you, too, Hobi." She rolled her eyes while smiling before putting her phone in her pocket.

"Bye, Zaylyn." I whispered out as she opened the door, sooner closing and locking it.

Can't wait til next time.
