Hi! Sebby here, so glad you've decided to read my fic. There will be Spanish in this fanfic! I will provide translations at the end of each chapter. I must also note that I am not entirely fluent in Spanish and will be using google translate for what I can't do myself. I apologize in advance if the Spanish isn't accurate :) I'll provide a key for at the beginning of each chapter for you guys, too! Have fun and enjoy!

Key: (Y/N) - your name, (L/N) - Last name

(Y/N) (L/N) was born and raised in the city of Phoenix, Arizona - a hot, gets barely any precipitation place in the US. It was great! She had a small group of friends (whom she trusted with her life), got good grades, wasn't that bad of a kid, and like any teen, really liked memes. She just wished summer would last just a little bit longer so she could continue to hang out with her friends from school.

(Y/N) (L/N) was, in short, content with her life in Arizona. She hoped nothing would change anytime soon.

Of course, her wish didn't come true. Her mamá, Azucena, was the one to break the news.

"(Y/N)! ¡cariño, tenemos algunas noticias!"

(Y/N) looked up from her computer and removed her headset. "Mamá, did you say something?" she yelled.

"I said we have some news, ¡cariño!"

(Y/N) groaned. "I'll be right back you guys, give me like 10 minutes," she spoke into her headset. The kids she was playing minecraft with on her server groaned too.

"But dude, you just got back with diamonds! Share before you leave!" her friend complained.

"Lmao, sucks to be you, Stan, I ain't sharing. Bye guys," she said after disconnecting from the server.

"Pfft, get rekt-" she heard another of her friends start before disconnecting from discord as well.

(Y/N) found her moms in the kitchen downstairs. The whispers they were sharing stopped when she entered the room.

"So, what's up?" Her moms shared another glance.

Mamá Azucena spoke up after a moment. "Well, we wanted to tell you some big news, cariña. We're moving."

(Y/N)'s eyes widened, her mouth fell agape, and her body visibly stiffened.

"Honey, I know this is very big news, and I'm sure you're mad we hadn't told you sooner, but the truth is we didn't know until earlier this week and were busy setting up with the-"

"No, no. Don't worry, I get it. Getting us set up to move is way more important than informing your daughter that she's moving in the first place." She hissed. "Where are we moving to anyway? Peoria? Glendale? Will I still go to my high school? Am I moving schools? These are important things to know, mom, Mamá."

"Mierda, (Y/N), calm down. And to answer your questions, no. We're moving out of state."

"OUT OF STATE!?" (Y/N) shrieked. "Dios mio, that would've been nice to know!"

"We know, sweetie, but now you know so that means we need to start packing up the house."

"If I start packing today can I hang out with my friends tomorrow and tell them we're moving?" (Y/N) begged.

"Of course, honey! We wouldn't let you leave without telling them."

(Y/N) loved her moms, even when they pulled shit like this. She hugged them both and rushed upstairs to pack.
