Chapter 6 ~ Ride or Die

-!!!THIS CHAPTER AND THE NEXT MAY INCLUDE MOVIE SPOILERS!!! NOT AS MUCH AS THE LAST TWO BUT THIS ONE AND THE NXT WILL HAVE MAJOR MANGA SPOILERS! Read at risk of spoilers if you haven't watched the movie!!!-

"Aish, Rengoku-San, finally!" I said with a sigh of relief. It was a blessing he had come, this would've been a mess which it already has been. If he wasn't here, by morning we'd all be dead. 

"Yes indeed (Y/N). I had taken a small rest, and it seemed like I've been interrupted!" Rengoku chuckled with pride and annoyance. I smiled, then faced back towards the tentacles. We have Nezuko, and just now, Zenitsu and Rengoku. 

Perfect. I think we can take down this demon without anyone dying. "Rengoku!!! I'll take the next car, you take the one behind, I think Nezuko and Zenitsu have this one! I believe Inosuke is awake too!"

"Stay safe (Y/N)!" He said with a bright smile. A shot a smile at him, before leaving to the next car. 

The next car seemed as if it was only just beginning to be consumed by the demon shit. Everyone on the car, still alive. It should stay that way. 

I slashed an upcoming tentacle. Great, now I have to take care of this shitty stuff. There must be a way to make this quicker...

-Flash back-

"Hey (Y/N)-Chan! I have a breathing technique that can reach out REALLY FAR! and can attack many at once." The boy I knew as Daiki spoke. Daiki was my best friend I found in the orphanage. He had an old sword from his father before he left. At such a young age, wow. 

"Woah, really?! What's it called?" I asked with awe. We were outside at the moment, our only way to escape that hell. 

"I don't know... It's like, you've heard of thunder breathing right?" He asked before finishing his sentence. "Yeah, what about it?" 

"Well, the breathing form I made is like that, thunder breathing but also with water breathing. It's really fast, but the water is really gentle while using it, like a pitter patter. There's like 5 forms I made! The one I told you about is called whatever breathing, fifth form, hurricane's wind and rain. And then there's this one I made called whatever breathing, second form, pitter patter rain drops. This one is a gentle one to kill demons." Daiki explained, hesitating between words. 

"I think you should call it Rain breathing! It fits in perfectly, don't ya think?" I suggested with a bright smile. Daiki smiled back at me, with an energetic nod.

"Here! Have this!" Daiki spoke, handing me a paper. "Now you can learn the breathing techniques better!!!" Daiki cheered with a little hug. "Yeah!"

-Back to current time-

'If I could Daiki, I'd give you a small hug but I can't, not a small thank you is all I can give you.'

I smiled to myself lightly, then spoke lightly.

"Rain breathing, fifth form, hurricane's winds and rain."

This form included speed. I bolted across the train, jumping off walls and careful not to hit any passengers. Much like Zenitsu, right? 

I sliced every tentacle in the car, only to see them grow back. Fuck this demon. 

"...!" 

An ear burning noise. It was such a terrible noise to hear, like a siren or something. It was coming from the front. Shit, I can't leave this car alone! But, I need to do this!

Wait a second! I have something! I rummaged around in my (F/C) haori. "Found it!" 

-Flash back-

"Ah (L/N), I have something for you!" Shinobou said with a smile. I looked over to her with a swift  hair whip 

(to those who don't have hair, bless your heart, Ily ❤️)

"Take this." The insect Hashira spoke, handing me a bag. "I... what is it?" I asked with an awkward look on my face. 

"Oh! This is a wisteria powder! If you need it, take a bit in your hand if it's gloved, and toss it, or just toss the whole bag to be safe." Shinobou explained. "Ahh, I see. Thank you Shinobou." 

-End of flash back-

Oh great. 

I'd rather get a rash and save these people than them dying. I took some of the wisteria and sprinkled it on the base of the train car. 

The demon seemed to shrivel up a bit, weakening. I gave an evil smile, sprinkling more on it. It gave eerie screech noise, and just stopped attacking. 

Just to make sure, I cut some slits into the skin of the demon shit and stuffed some wisteria powder in there. 

At this point, my hands were red with a bit of a rash. How amazing, it's hard to hold my sword now, but I have something else.

I pulled out some bandages from my pocket and wrapped my hand up with it. Better, I guess.

I ran out to the top of the roof and to the front. Okay, where's that noise coming from??

"..."

There! I ran to the front, and stabbed at the ground, which resulted in something much worse, it seemed as if the train had...

Grown eyes?! What the fuck, this is like an entire dream!

I saw Tanjiro and Inosuke, but they were in a struggle. I figured, why not stab an eye.? Bad idea, that put me to sleep, and here I was in the dream world. 

"(Y/N)... you let me die. I'm ashamed of you." 

"...!"
